I purchased a 2017 Ford Expedition. My salesman Danny Nathan, was very helpful and nice. Although he was helping multiple clients and one time, there was a delay in getting answers and information. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my vehicle as soon as we drove it off the lot. Danny ensured us it would be taken care of. Eventually it was. In a perfect world I feel my family should have been compensated more for purchasing a brand new vehicle and it spending 3 of the first 5 days I "owned" it in the shop.
