Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.

Could not believe how easy, and relaxed this process was! Loved the whole experience! Cory Bellot and Steve Johnson made the entire experience fun, clear, effortless, and simple. The guys gave me a straight forward approach without leading me astray! I would recommend these 2 over and over! After searching for a new vehicle for some time, I walked in and walked out knowing that I was being taken care of and getting exactly what I was looking for! I appreciated their honesty and was well worth the drive to El Paso to work with them!

Shopping for a ‘new’ used car can be fun or stressful. Plan on spending time on this because it is a lot of money spent in the end. Bob was the Internet salesperson we dealt with. He was friendly and went out of his way to assist us. He was busy with another family searching for the perfect car match too. He let us take a test drive by ourselves. He gave us alone time to confer. When the looking and buying process was taking a long time, he recommended a place to eat. Yummy! In the end, the paper work was accomplished efficiently. This truck runs great and is comfortable for road trips. Plenty of leg room with coolers under the rear floor mats. 4 wheel drive is great when you need it

This is our 2nd truck we have purchased from Victor and Sam Leman Ford this year. They do an excellent job of making fast and easy. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you want a cheap yet capable vehicle that can haul and tow anything than this is a good vehicle for you. The van is relatively comfortable but not luxurious. The rear beam suspension makes bumps turn into jitters. The engine is strong enough if the van is empty, but as you start to pile things in, the passing acceleration is decreased. The cabin does have minor wind noise but not too much tire noise. The seats pletny supportive enough for a van but I wouldn't recommend driving for very long distances while sitting in them as they aren't amazing. Mine is almost fully loaded and had an MSRP of $44,949. The transmission is a six speed auto which has enough gears most of the time, but sometimes when you put your foot down, the kickdown is slow.

I'm always suspicious of over-the-top 5-star reveiws. I always suspect they are fake, yet here I am writing one. My experience at Heller was so exceptional that, in fact I just left a Google+ review as well. I drove over 70miles from Champaign to do business with Heller. I reached out to them about a Jeep I saw online, Jeremy (their sales representative) contacted me and gave me all the details about the Jeep. Over the phone, I told him my financial needs and he convinced me to make the drive. Sure enough, after getting there and taking a test drive, I worked with the Heller team on financing. The terms were what I wanted and their was no "funny business" with the numbers. I drove home in my new car and slept well that night (and every night since). Fantastic experience with the Heller team, and really that's all I can ask for out of a dealership. Will definitely be back there for my next purchase.

This was one of the best car experiences I've ever had. From the moment we talk on the phone, until the moment the deal was done. I had set up an appointment for 8:30 on a Monday morning, and we decided that we weren't going to buy and cancelled the appointment. 12 hours later, we were in the showroom with our minds changed yet again. Our salesman was Kyle Fajardo and he was wonderful. He established relationship with us, listened to what we needed and wanted. When he and the staff didn't feel as if what we had chosen would work out best for us, they suggested a vehicle that was just as good if not better suited to our family. Kyle, John, and Jeff were awesome. They stayed until 9:30. We were able to take the van for a test drive, discuss the price, and close the deal all at one time. They didn't make us feel rushed or like we had come at a bad time. When we left, we couldn't believe that we'd actually just bought a vehicle. We will definitely be returning. This has cracked busting the transmission line causing a link. Now we need a new bracket $$$$$. There alot of complaints on the internet this should be a recall!!!

I recently went to Heller Motors with my Brother-in-law to look at and hopefully purchase a new or used car. I really prefer to purchase a very low mile car and Heller had one for me I liked on line. So, I made appointment and we were on our way to see a 2014 Ford with only 7,800 miles on it. As we drove up, I see a very clean modern deaIership on the outside and the inside, I find a very clean good looking sales floor. We were great at the door by a receptionist. She knew of our appointment and the manager to the front. We were greeted by Glenn Radebaugh Manager. and then introduced to Salesman Jeff Butcher. Jeff had the Car I wanted to see all ready. But first Glenn and Jeff wanted to know a few things about what type of vehicle I would like to own. They really wanted to make a proper choice as this is a large investment for me. I test drove the car about a 9 mile test drive. Jeff rode along gave good directions and was not pushy. I really liked the drive and so I asked my brother-in-law to drive it too. He found the car to drive perfect and no problems. Now, I had a trade and figure here come problems.. No Problems at all. I knew what my trade was worth before I arrived at Heller Ford.. My deal went so smooth, I want everyone to know about Heller Ford. Finally, to write this review I waited a few weeks after the sale.. I AM EXTREMELLY HAPPY WITH MY HELLER FORD PURCHASE.. Jeff Butcher and Glenn Radebaugh are the best people I ever worked with to buy a car. Additionally I forgot my I-Pass. and called just over 2 weeks later. Glenn found my I-pass still in my old car trade and put it in the mail for me.. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.. I traveled over 70 Miles to HELLER FORD to purchase my car. I bought this vehicle new and have religiously performed maintenance. Because I drive under federal DOT guidelines I am required to provide my company a quarterly write up or all maintenance performed and have those records

I don't do reviews but I felt I needed to for Lighthouse. This was an absolutely shocking experience for any company these days much less a dealership. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was incredibly customer focused and some of the friendliest people I've dealt with. No games, no hassle, the actual deal probably took 5 minutes. Even though they were busy Keith and Shanin worked late to get us out the door with the truck since we drove a couple of hours to get there. Fair pricing all around and good people to work with. Do yourself a favor, go see Keith Edelman and get yourself a good deal on a clean vehicle with someone you actually will be glad to do business with.

The truck has better acceleration than I was expecting. Great fuel mileage, will be testing out the towing soon. Very comfortable and roomy interior design

Paul did everything that he could to get us the prices we needed on our new vehicle. He knew that we couldn't afford very high payments and he worked throughout the weekend into Monday with the finance managers and the bank to get our prices where they needed to be. They got our trade in value where we wanted it and budged down on the sticker price of the car too. Great salesman and well recommended.

My Chevy with apex 350 HP V8 4x2 was nearly always in the range of 21 MPG, where my 2018 Ram is running about 19 MPG, but is 5.7, and has 4x4, making it a bit heavier, plus about 50 more HP. The Silverado was quick, but the Ram hauls! Learning to keep my foot out of fast... We make an annual trip of about 1000 miles back and forth to COfrom Tucson AZ, will be interesting to see how it does for MPG on highway. Looked closely at the 19s, but purchased a slightly used 18, saving us about 10,000. Am questioning the wisdom of not getting the19, with latest technology?? Bottom line, darned hard to beat an exceptional truck! My toughest adjustment is the hockey puck transmission selector. I nearly purchased a Ram when I purchased the Silverado, but didn’t like the puck, I was correct, still hate it, lowest part of the truck! I’d pay more to have a traditional gear selector!!

I'm all in on FCA products when they produce a truck like my RAM ecodiesel which hands down is outstanding on all fronts and checks all the boxes. Queit. Roomy. Looks and rides great. All with fabulous gas (diesel) mileage.

Today I signed the papers for my second lease with Mike Murphy Ford after meeting several times with Anthony Davis. Throughout both interactions (2015 and 2018), Anthony was professional, helpful, and encouraging: but NOT pressuring me to make a decision. For comparative purposes, I talked with two other local Ford dealers after my initial meeting with Anthony in early January 2018. The first sales person at Dealer #1 was - in a word - obnoxious, presenting the idea that anyone would be privileged to work with him. The second person (Dealer #2) was more professional; but after I met with him for two hours and given him a written list of questions I needed to have answered in order for me to make a decision, did not respond for more than 5 days. In that e-mail, he only addressed half of what I had asked. I sent him another e-mail containing the questions, and received no response. Anthony was very patient, answering all of my many questions in a timely manner; and did not pressure me to spend more than I can afford. It has been a pleasure to work with him.

This car is better than my expectations , roomy , quick Room for the family and the two large dogs Hauls anything and everything. Love everything about this truck

We bought a 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Mike Murphy Ford. Jimmy was our sales person. He was very nice, no pressure. When I first called about the car, he disclosed two minor blemishes (wheel and trim piece by the bottom of the door) that the dealership was going to repair. They did excellent work and made it look great. When we received the car from detailing, it had a significant scratch on the roof, no fault of the dealership's. We called Jimmy and he made it right, no questions asked. We are currently waiting to get the car back, but they have made a big hassle very easy to deal with. Thanks for that. Fully recommend the dealership and Jimmy!

We took advantage of several Ford and personal discounts, i.e., Ford military veteran discount, 3 Ford rebates plus Ford Financing rebate which Mike Murphy and his staff helped us use. Also learned Mike Murphy is very clear and concise with extended warrantees, which we purchased for the first time ever. Nick Reece demonstrated that he is very knowledgeable and efficient in his job and helped us get approved for some good discounts which we were seeking. He knew we were coming in because we had called and had the F150 all ready to test drive and greeted us as we walked in the door. Absolutely no waiting. We'll be back and will recommend Mike Murphy Ford, even to our 4 children who are all in their 20's and will probably be making their 1st new car purchases in the future. Todd Brekke took care of our financing and other paperwork in a very timely, efficient manner and had good informative answers for all our questions. The entire purchase was complete and we drove the truck home in a short afternoon visit after lunch, about 2.5 hours, lock, stock and barrel. And we got to talk with Mike Murphy too. FIVE STARS!!!

This car met all what I need. It had plenty of upgrades( custom, grill, front/ back bumpers, rims , tires, headers, muffler, fenders and air filter)
