I explained the situation that I was trying to help my mom get the best price possible, and make the car buying process as painless as possible since she hadn't purchased a vehicle since 1974 (my dad always did). John and the entire staff was amazing and helpful. He was able to get my mom into a brand new Tucson under her budget, and a lower monthly payment she wanted to be at. He handled the test drive, all the paperwork, financing, and walked my mom through the entire process step by step with absolutely no pressure for her buy. I can not say enough good things about John and the entire Pearson Hyundai team. The facilities were first class, and will be returning early next year to purchase my next vehicle from them.

I had the opportunity to meet Lori Kidd on September 5, 2019. She helped me find the right way to get the $50 gift certificate for test driving a new Hyundai. She went out of her way to walk me through the Hyundai America Web site to get the reward code and when I came to the Hyundai dealership on Midlothian Turnpike, she was there to walk me through the process to get the reward number registered so I could get the gift. I want to express my highest compliments to Lori and congratulate Pearson Hyundai for having such a great, informed, and competent person on staff. Very reliable and have had no issues out of mine. Actually gets pretty good gas mileage. The A/C went out on mine but the woman before me let it sit for a while so that’s expected with things like that. Not a whole lot of power but it’ll outrun an every day car.

I have always had good service from this dealership. It began when I purchased my vehicle, a 2016 Legacy. I liked the way the car was customizable; I didn't have to choose between packages. I wanted leather seats but not a sunroof and was able to opt for leather seats without the other options that I didn't want in that package. They have been courteous and timely when I have taken the vehicle in for routine service. I have really enjoyed doing business with them, which is something I can say about very few dealerships!

Very nice vehicle and excellent power and towing. would have no complaints except that the transmission often downshifted with hard bumps from day one. The dealer always said it was normal. I now have a 2021 that is not doing that.

It is one of the most comfortable and dependable cars I have every owned. It is a beast and a great work car for the person who makes regular trips to Lowe's and Home Depot. Lot's of room for up to 8 people who can all ride in comfort. It has been garage kept and maticulously maintained for 19 years in Texas.

This truck is comfortable inside and while driving. I love the sliding back window. I have the Lariat 5.4 I love the leather seats, and that they are heated seats! I've got the DVD player too, too haven't used it much. I CAN be my own drive in movie theater wherever I want to be! 20" wheels look great.on it. Tonneau cover added make it even better. I get tons of compliments on it. It's gorgeous, pearl white. Navigation and Sirius radio, Bluetooth connect for phone. Awesome!
