Used 2013 Scion tC for Sale in Chicago, IL

I bought my first car, a 2011 Chevy Cruze, from Kars Today and am very pleased with my experience. After my dad had insepected and pointed out some mechanical issues in the car, Tehir made sure to get them all fixed and repaired with no costs. After purchasing the car, there was one more issue and I quickly called Tehir. He told me where to go to get it fixed and covered the costs. He took care of everything. He told my dad "she is in good hands" and I couldn't agree more when working with Tehir and Kars Today. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

The car is awesome compare to the first generation (burns oil). Drove nice, you can feel the compact sport for the style. Acceleration, the sound, handling and the stereo sounds great to.

I bought my minivan several weeks ago from Kars Today working with Mr. Tahir. He was very cooperative with all my requests and upfront with all the questions and information I needed in order to make a decision. I was able to test drive the vehicle to my satisfaction and had the choice to have the vehicle inspected by a third party of my choosing. The itemized list of items I wanted addressed with the vehicle were all timely satisfied before or shortly after closing the deal. I especially appreciated the chance to have Kars Today buy and install some optional items for the vehicle and the savings passed on to me. The minivan has been problem free. After purchase and a routine check at a Honda dealership I came back to Tahir about the Honda recommended services and he completed some of them, at a deep discount. The best part of the whole experience was the UNBELIEVABLE INTEGRITY of Mr. Tahir. I am planing to come back to him for my next purchase. I have already recommended him and his dealership to a friend who is in the market for a quality used car. Integrity and human decency is a very rare commodity these days but it is in good supply with Tahir at Kars Today. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality vehicle, fair price, honesty and good customer service.

Tons of room, deceiving from the outside. It's a great value for the money. Maintenance is very easy and a very reliable Toyota product. Pioneer stereo is a big plus

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Its a great car !..Sporty , classy, handles well.. Has amenities - , corners and handles well..Has a great hatchback and body design. A few blind spots at the 4 pillars are the only concern to be aware of...Manual gets better mileage than the automatic - But a good car !!

My salesperson was Walter on Dec. 28, 2017. I knew I wanted to buy a new Buick LaCrosse, but my 2011 trade-in was parked in our driveway needing engine work, and filled with paperwork, soft drinks in cans and bottles, shoes, clothing and family treasures - as I had spent significant time cleaning out my late brother's condominium. He had passed away suddenly and quite recently, and I was still feeling grief and stress. I thought I'd have to keep driving my rental car until I had time to clean out the car, or at least until the frigid weather had passed. But as Walter attentively listened to my predicament, he said he would gladly help me clean out the car, allowing me to drive it to the dealership and offer it as a trade-in. He was true to his word : He arrived the next morning, when the temperature was in the single digits, and happily worked and worked, while my gloved fingers and toes were getting numb, and I'm certain his were, too. I soon brought out coffee for us, and Walter began to jump the car's battery. He tried again and again, very patiently, to persuade the engine to turn over. After about half an hour of trying, he succeeded in starting the engine. Thus, I was able to drive the car to the dealership, with Walter following in his vehicle, to ensure that I made it safely. Once at Napleton’s Schaumburg Buick GMC, he proceeded to gather paperwork together to complete the sale of a new Buick LaCrosse! HOW does one thank someone who goes this far to help??!

It’s a nice car I like everything of it. I love how the back seats have more than enough room for a hatch! It’s not the fastest but it’s ok with the horsepower it has!

I started this review and got bumped out. To continue on, I was skeptical going in for a particular deal knowing from my past that dealers usually try to stear you toward what they want to sell you with very little regard for what you saw advertised or what you want. I was met at the door by a very pleasant salesperson (if it is ok to use a name she was Pearl Maxxberry) who invited me in even though it was 10 minutes before opening time. I was treated with respect and she listened to my requests, asked appropriate questions. She was able to find the exact model and option group I wanted for the exact lease terms I wanted. No trying to sell me more, no pressure, no being phony or anything! I have been purchasing cars , both new and used, for 45 years now and no one ever came close to being so easy yet professional and personable to work with as this salesperson and dealership was. The Optima is great as well!

Great gas mileage, new battery, good condition tires, sunroof,Bluetooth, ( salvage title) but car is in good condition In Sport mode, the acceleration is good. I really like the looks of this car. It just stinks you have to go to the Sport or Limited model to get dark interiors, but I'll deal with it.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

A lot of space for it being a 2D car. Does very well in snow/rain. Great MPG for commuting, and the panoramic sunroof is a huge bonus

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Fun to drive, reliable, comfortable behind the wheel. The car looks great, sounds greats and drives great. Definitely recommend test driving one of you haven’t already.

This was my wife's first car, so we definitely have that bias. She loves it, however even for her it's a bit short. The visibility is low over the dash, pedals are a bit sensitive, but could just be a specific issue for ours. Runs well, quick little car.

We had been searching for a Ford Edge for approximately 5 months! We had been to over 6 dealers from near and far (farthest was 45miles). I had filled putt one of those forms on Auto Trader "Find it if this car is still available". That day I remembered filling out 2 at the same time. I received a call back from Bill Kay with in 5 minutes. Frustrated, I answered anyways. I was up front and honest and said "listen, I've met with many car salesmen. I know what I want, and I'm just looking for the right price and the right trade in amoun, because I'm upside down." Little Joe was very convincing over the phone, and at first I was very skeptical but he was so personal, so honest and willing to help I HAD to stop in and see if this guy could actually help us out. With in an hour in a half, deal was made. Price was right, it was exactly what I wanted and my trade in was everything I had hoped for. He even was able to get me from 17% to 4.0%. I couldn't have been happier! Not even a month later, we returned and purchased another new vechile! Same situation, best price great trade in value and monthly payments on the dot at 0%. I'm a customer for life! No doubt about it! I'm so glad I went to Bill Kay!

Some very cheap elements of this car. Overall it is a very reliable, sporty, fun, quick, car to own and drive! If I hadn't out grown the market Scion was selling these cars to, I would think about owning one again!
