I can???t believe how nicely I was treated. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help me while I purchased my new 2019 Suburu Outback. Todd was the salesperson and I would recommend seeing him. Thank you!

Except for Matt, while staff called him a Guru of accessories, he didn't seem to know much if anything, no personality and appeared very bored with his position. Maybe needs a new job, at the unemployment office holding down the floor
I went to Nate Wade Subaru on a recommendation from a friend and we had a very pleasant buying experience , there was no high pressure sales pitches, just a very knowledgeable and very helpful staff. I would and will recommend Nate Wade Subaru to my friends and family.
I was hesitant to come back to this location because my last experience was not very good. Recently I found out that I could only get the wipers from the dealership so I had to go back. I went to the parts department and they had exactly what I needed and they told me that the service department could install them. The service people were awesome!! They washed my car, were polite, and got the job done fast.
Jeramiah was not trying to just sell me a car, but actually get to know me and what exactly I needed in a car. We went through many different cars until we found one that was the right fit for me. He was patient, understanding and had above and beyond service to make sure I was not only getting everything, but the best of everything in my car buying experience. I have had my car for a week now and I could not be more happy! I will continue and always buy my cars from Nate Wade Subaru.

From the moment I pulled into the service center I was courteously welcomed. The representative reviewed with me the purpose of the service requested and also arranged for an oil change and tire rotation. I went to the customer waiting area and ordered a cinnamon roll. The work on my car took less than an hour and a complementary car wash had been provided. This is my first Subaru and first experience with the service at Mark Miller Subaru and I am totally impressed.
I???ve bought A LOT of vehicles and this was by far the easiest and friendliest experience I???ve ever had. Nice vehicle, no pressure and no back and forth games. Our sales associate Carla was incredible.
Garrett was extremely informative when it came to discussing different options and packages. What was really nice is he kept my needs and concerns as his top priorities. He never once pressured me into buying right away or picking up plan that was going to stretch me too thin. I recommend working with Garrett for all your buying questions.
Working with Larry Grobstein to purchase a new car was a real pleasure. His patience and good humor made for a great experience. Garrett Kelsch and the dealership did just an all round superb job helping us with our new safe car for our young child! The dealership mirrors the same wonderful values of Costco, and we found buying a car from them through the Costco program to be a truly pleasant experience!
Service guys were friendly and easy to talk to about service work and loaner car. However I found Roger not to be to friendly or customer oriented. Maybe he was having a bad day. I don't want to get him in trouble but he may need to smile a little and not be so hard on customer issues or differences.
