I drive for my job. Door pockets aren't large enough or square to be useful. Center console is a C minus! I'm 5'5., must reach way back to lift storage cover. VERY BAD. there are 2 useless recesses in the center console --too shallow to hold a cell phone or pen -- what are they for? cup holders set too far back. and PS: never open the door if it's been Snowing!!! it all lands in the driver's seat. Obviously not designed by an outdoor team!

While shopping for a used, low-mileage Subaru Legacy I stopped in to Ramsey Subaru to test drive a 2014 2.5i Limited and a 2011 3.6R. One young sales associate took me on a test drive and was very knowledgeable and personable. I decided although I enjoyed the 3.6R's added horsepower, the fuel economy and super low-mileage on the 2.5i Limited made it a better value (not to mention the fact that it was also a CPO -- Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I was not set on the sticker price at the time, came in spoke to another sales associate and it didn't seem like they were willing to budge on it. I gave them my information and asked them to call me when the price came down. I went to several dealerships in the area to test drive other used Subaru Legacys and other comparable cars (Acura TL, Acura TLX, etc). After returning home the following weekend, I noticed that the car had dropped near $1900 on car gurus. It was Saturday night and I knew the dealership was closed on Sundays, but I called and e-mailed anyway. I told My sales consultant Dan Willis that I'm ready to put a deposit down on the 2014 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited that I had test drove the week before. He got back to me first thing Monday morning, I put down a $1000 deposit. The dealership was very patient with me as I wanted to get a couple of fixes done to my 2005 Subaru Legacy that I planned on giving my nephew for his 17th Birthday. When working out the numbers with the Finance Manager, Michael Pandolfelli, I was given a couple of interest rates for different finance terms, I told him that he absolutely has to continue to work and get me a lower rate. A day or two later he called me back with an excellent rate with my bank of choice! When I came in to pick up my new car and finalize the paperwork, I noticed the price had dropped AGAIN on the dealership website, when I asked him to honor the newly discounted price, Michael said he can do that for me. When discussing extra options like extended warranties, it was slightly over the monthly payment I had OK'd myself to spend. He asked me what that monthly payment would be (difference of $3 or $4 / month), he made that happen, as well. After signing off, Dan Willis the Sales Consultant, brought me to my immaculately clean new (used) car and gave me a full walk-through on all the features the car included: Power-Sun Roof, Hill Assist, Cruise Control, Heated Seats, Back-Up Camera, Stereo and many other features. He made sure he answered any questions that I had for him and was happy to drive home. These two made my buying experience a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ramsey Subaru in the future!

This car met all my needs. It’s sporty and the design is great. The only thing I would redesign is the back storage. It needs more space. Overall it’s great for its price. Also note the lugnuts seem to get jammed so beware when changing tires and let the dealer know to manually loosen up the lugnuts to avoid jamming. Otherwise it’s gonna cost you more money to have them fix

For starters Olivia is an amazing people person and when you put her on the sales floor she makes magic happen with her kind, warm personality. Olivia has known about all my car issues over the years and I always said I wanted a pearl white fusion to be my princess car. When she told me she got a job at Maplecrest it was like music to my ears haha! I had a 2010 Subaru Forester that gave me way to many problems & Olivia said Kallen I will make the car of your dreams happen. Not only did she find me a beautiful 2016 pearl white fusion I wanted but that came with a luxury package and AWD!!! That definitely made my parents happy living in Jersey with our crazy bi-polar weather. The Maplecrest Ford of Mendham team was incredible with giving me good numbers and making sure everything ran smoothly as this was my first car purchase ever! I first came in November to look at cars and went for a test drive with Jim Mendez who explained everything in depth about the SUV. I wasn't sure if I wanted a small sports car or an SUV so I decided to wait a little longer to make a final decision. I was given e-mails about the cars since I was interested, but was never pushed into making a purchase. I came back 6 months later and I saw a blue Mazda 3 which I fell in love with immediately. Jim Mendez remembered me from 6 months ago and he was available for a test drive. He was patient, and informative about the car. He explained in detail about what needs to be done in order to buy the car (e.g. certified check, insurance Id card, and binder). He answered all my questions. I was also taken care of by Steve Kontonicolaou. He went above and beyond to help me get the approval. He stayed at work until 9:45 pm making calls to help me and it was such a blessing to hear that I got approval. He gave me great advice with the finances. I'm so happy with my new car. It was exactly what I wanted. What a wonderful group of humble, respectful, and helpful people who are there for you. This was such a great experience. I would recommend my family and friends to go to Koeppel Mazda. Thank you all for your help and patience!

I enjoy this car - it has plenty of power for daily driving and handles very well. I don't like the touch screen audio, but you get used to it. I also use a seat cushion for long drives, but the seats are ok. The gas mileage is great.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Let me just start by saying I???m NOT someone who writes reviews, about anything. My experience at Ramsey Subaru however, with Kyri, has made me actually rethink my ???ahh who cares about a review, I got what I want??? mindset lol. So to start, I went there interested in seeing the new Subaru Ascent. We were welcomed by Kyri as we were looking around the vehicle. He didn???t bother us after that, just a friendly ???hello and welcome if you need help I???m Kyri??? kind of approach. We eventually approached him with some questions. He was more than open and very down to earth with me and my wife, as well as my mother whom were with me. And since he was so down to earth I feel I should be blunt about my review and honest. From the start I didn???t get the ???xxxxxxx salesman trying to push a car on me??? feeling I???ve gotten other places. this is my 7th car I???ve owned, my first Subaru. Ive owned Audi, Toyota, Mercedes, Mazda, & 2 BMW???s. He was very straight forward with a lot of his answers and didn???t mind that we of course, were trying to pinch some pennies (or more of course). He made numerous trips to his boss to talk over what we can do as far as getting the best for our money, as well as our trade in on our BMW which we were negative in equity! All in all a very great experience. I can go on and on but nobody is going to read that big of a review. In the end what???s important was we were all happy. And got what we wanted without feeling like the dealer still ???won??? lol. Very great experience and would recommend Kyri to family and friends anytime. Thank you Kyri from the Porter family!

I was referred to Ramsey Subaru by a co-worker. I actually let my co-worker do the formal introduction because I felt a bit intimated by my former automobile purchase experiences. At Ramsey Subaru, my Sales Consultant was Steve Rouhana and I cannot say enough great things about working with him. He demonstrated passion for his job, was attentive & kind and really helped me to get the color/make/model (2017 Crosstrek Premium - Desert Khaki) car I wanted and at the price that I could afford. Also, I worked with two additional & impressive people: Michael (Financing) and James (Auto Functionality Tech). At Ramsey Subaru, it's obvious that they are believers in this kind of specialization. One group of people (sales) demonstrates the car. Another group (sales managers) works out the sales price, trade-in values and calculate payments. A third group ties up the loose ends of a deal and does the final paperwork. It appears that they all work well together with their main mission 'to provide the best customer service expeirience'. Unbelievably effortless purchase with really super people!

I started any ordinary day by planning to test drive some vehicles that I had been considering to replace my 10 year-old Honda Civic. These planned test drives included Subaru, Honda, and Mazda. I began the day by test driving a Subaru Cross Trek, which was #1 on my list, as well as a Subaru Forester. I left Subaru feeling confident that I would return another day to purchase a vehicle. After that, I decided to head over to Ramsey Mazda because the CX-5 had really caught my eye. My plans that day were to conclude at a Honda dealership to drive a new CR-V (#2 on my list). I never made it to Honda, or any dealership after visiting Ramsey Mazda. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by a young man named Eric Taylor. Right away, he and I clicked. His personality is a great fit for me. Professional, friendly, VERY knowledgable, yet laid back with a mellow confidence in himself. I mentioned to Eric that I was interested in the CX-5 Touring. I was very pleased to find out that Mazda was offering zero percent financing up to 60 months. In the showroom was a CX-5 Grand Touring. "Beautiful vehicle," in the words of my wife. I mentioned to Eric that with zero percent financing, I might even be able to get into the Grand Touring, but it would be a stretch. What impressed me about Eric is that he didn't try to push me into the Grand Touring, which was do-able, but would have made things a little uncomfortable. Eric arranged for me to drive a Touring model. The test drive was fantastic. This is where Eric showed his mettle. He is very knowledgable and took every opportunity, when appropriate, to show off the many great features of the vehicle, without giving off a pressure vibe. When we returned to the dealership, Eric asked what colors I would be interested in and if I would be interested in getting the upgrade package on the Touring edition. We then took a walk through the inventory and Eric sort of let my wife and I explore while following us. When I saw the machine gray metallic version, I knew that was the vehicle for me. We then proceeded back to the showroom. I sat down at his desk. Without asking me first, I told Eric that I would like to explore some numbers. Again, I never felt pressured. Eric worked through some numbers, including a trade-in of my Honda, and we came to a good deal for both of us. Since I wasn't really planning on buying a car that day, I had to return home to clear out the car and grab my Honda title and spare keys. When we returned, the sale was finalized with Eric, and Donovan Lau in the Finance Department. The day ended with Eric giving my an in-depth tour of my new CX-5, and a meeting with Donovan, another great guy to work with. Donovan was very professional, explained everything I needed to know, while scaling back on the things I really didn't need to know. Of course he had to go over some additional protection plans. He really did a nice job with these. I never felt pressured, but his expertise guided me toward purchasing additional coverage, at a quite reasonable price, that covered the wheels, tires, small dents, and windshield, to name a few. A great plan; after all, this is New Jersey, which is cosmetically xxxx on a vehicle. Donovan very efficiently and warmly took us through the rest of the process and we were off, feeling very good about the purchase. Needless to say, I never made it to Honda to purchase my 4th Honda vehicle, or back to Subaru, which had been #1 on my list this time around. It's been a week and I'm very fond of and satisfied with my CX-5 Touring. I'm greatly looking forward to working with the consummate professionals at Ramsey Mazda down the road for routine maintenance!

I had a battery with one bad cell (or so AAA told me after they started my car). So I called and then drove straight to Paul Miller Subaru which, as it happened, was having a sale on batteries. I checked into Express service and asked them to put in a new battery and check my wiper blades. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and I was back driving to work with a new batter for $100 plus installation and a new free set of wiper bladed that happened to be under warranty after 8 months. Pretty cool.

I've had my 2018 crosstrek sport eyesight for 16 months so far--- on my THIRD RADIO so far--- AND 10 other VISITS to dealership for UPDATES, UPGRADES, REPROGRAMMING, etc--- thinking of seeing a LAWYER to SUE subaru for a FULL REFUND ---THAT way they can keep GUESSING ON THIER ON TIME, NOT MINE ANYMORE--NASA can send a spaceship FASTER to the SPACESTATION than subaru can fix their RADIO PROBLEMS--- E M B A R R A S I N G

I just recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent Touring from Liberty Subaru (my second Subie purchased from them). The service was stellar, as I expected. Dan (Meola) checked up and checked in many times during the pre-order and sales process. When the car was finally delivered to Liberty Subaru, even before I signed the paperwork, Brian spent nearly an HOUR explaining EVERY button, knob, switch, setting, dial and readout inside and outside of the car. No, seriously, it was a 100° day, and we started on the outside, where he showed me how to remove and install the hitch cover, how the approach lighting and door lock/unlock sensors worked, where the cameras were, how to fold the 3rd row from the back, where the power was in the back, how the lift gate worked, etc, etc - in the brutal heat. We then moved on to the interior, where he explained everything on the inside from the simple stuff like how to operate the seats to the more complex stuff, like every setting in the Infotainment system, and the readouts on all three LCD displays. He then went through what every manual in the car was and pointed out the ones that were the most important (Eyesight, folks. READ THE EYESIGHT MANUALS), even though he'd already given me a crash course in everything in the manuals. Moving on from there, Tom in Finance finalized my financing - always a pleasure to deal with him!!! I had THREE order changes on my vehicle (I requested all of them) that affected financing, and Tom worked with me through every one of them! He helped me get the best rate and terms and found what *I* wanted for financing to make things work for me! By the time I'd left (after my first "off-road" trip onto their front lawn for a photo), Starlink was set up and done, they'd already cooled the car for me, and I felt comfortable with driving my new purchase!!! I'm tagging Ed Vogel in this as well - he was NOT my salesperson for this sale, but did help with some additional communications during the process and checked in with me to see how everything was going. Ed was my salesperson for my first Subie - a 2010 Subaru Outback. Ed and Brian are night and day in some respects. Ed is more laid back and quiet, while Brian is more enthusiastic and "excited". But, from there, it's all similarities... they both would only sell me exactly what I wanted. Neither of them ever pushed me to anything else or to buy anything I didn't want. Both of them answered every question with a ridiculous level of honesty that's rare to find in many car dealers. They both would answer questions and then wait for me to decide what I wanted. Different approaches, different people, but amazing experiences with both of them. Ed makes you feel comfortable and at ease while Brian feeds your excitement about your purchase - all while both of them provide stellar service in their own unique ways. You can't go wrong either way!!!

What a pleasure! If you are as OCD as me and do your homework in researching a vehicle and its pricing as well as dealer reviews and you are looking for a Subaru, this is the place to go. First off, I have owned and/or currently owned Nissans, Toyotas, Jeep, Plymouth/Dodges, Acura, Suzuki (don't ever do that!), Hyundai, and Ford/Mercury's. In fact, I owned a 1976 Subaru box car (orange) to which the head gasket blew within 4 months of ownership, so I was a bit queasy trusting Subaru again. More and more research including articles from Consumer Reports, Edmunds, Cars, etc., all pointed to, for me, the Outback and so far, knock on wood, I am pretty confident that the decision I made was right. As to Bill Kolb, Jr., I had the pleasure of dealing with Holman Cano; professional, friendly, no-nonsense approach to which most of our conversations were by telephone or e-mail. I spent a total of maybe 2 hours at the dealership in two days. 1 night to see if the vehicle was right for me and getting to the price and financing again, right for me; and the other time was to go over the vehicle in detail. A++++ to you guys. Hope to deal with you again when my wife is in need of a car.

I bought my second car 2019 Legacy from this dealership. First, I made an appointment to see a Sales Consultant on-line. On the same day, I received a friendly call from Robert Price who set up an appointment for me. On my appointment day, I met with Steve Durkin, Sales Consultant, who was friendly, helpful, patient and very professional. We negotiated but I never felt being pushed to agree on the price. Eventually we agreed on a price I am comfortable with. I also met Anthony Smolt, who was equally nice and friendly. The color of my choice was not available at that time but Steve promised that it will only take a few days before the next delivery. I have to travel for family reason and although the car has arrived in the dealership, I was still out of town. As soon as I returned to New Jersey after a month, I called the dealership and Steve was happy to inform me that my new car was waiting for me and the negotiated price was still in order. I went to the Dealership, sat with Steve and signed necessary documents in a very friendly atmosphere. I met with David Fried of Finance who has 110% patience with me. He suggested and recommended but still it was my own decision which optional product/service I will purchase. Then I met with Nick Gigantes who escorted me to my new 2019 Legacy. Another man with the virtue of patience, Nick showed me the interior features of my car. After thoroughly explaining to me everything, he has to do it all over again because I forgot what he just explained. I drove ???my pride and joy??? home. The next day, Steve Durkin called me to follow up on how I am doing with my new Subaru and he reassured me that if I have questions or problems or any difficulty, all I have to do is call the dealership and I will get immediate assistance. My overall experience with Wayne Subaru Dealership (the Sales and the Service Department) is truly exceptional because the staff like Robert, Steve, Anthony, David and Nick are exceptionally professional. The Subaru Crossover is a nice looking car with a beautiful leather interior. It has all the gadgets and being a Subaru you know it will last a lifetime. I love everything about it except it is not a comfortable ride. I cannot drive for long distances. Compared to my Rubicon it gets a one star for being a comfortable ride. Other than that, compared to all the other Crosstreks it is the best by far.

I was in the market for a new car. I have always admired the Subaru WRX Sti in many ways. It is my dream car. However, at my age and current socio-economic background the purchase of such vehicle is ill advised. Nonetheless, I purchased the next best thing in relation to my current situation... a used 2016 Subaru Impreza 2.0i the hatchback (cuz you know... coolfactor x100). Background Before I even went to the dealership, I made various phone calls and obsessed research on different car models that would compliment my lifestyle. The recurring theme was All-Wheel drive, hatchback and manual. Truth be told, this was my first ever car purchase. My parents bought me a car for college many moons ago. It was a clunky SUV that survived 13 years of neglect and terrible care-taking on my part. It still survives to this day, but I shudder in fear every time I turn the ignition. Basically, it was time to retire the beast and take on a different adventure with another. The Sale As my research progressed, I stumbled upon a used 2016 Subaru Impreza hatchback. It was exactly what I wanted. I called Bill Kolb Jr Subaru to see if it were still available. I was put in touch with Howard in the process and we scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted as if I were family. Howard was the first desk on the right as soon as you walked in. Much like barbershops or salons, i had a feeling that 1st seat or first desk was reserved for the elite. I was not wrong. Howard projects an aura of self-esteem and confidence in his work that permeates in the air. His hairstyle was slicked back with the sides short. He wore a kind of horned rim glasses that shouted out Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and Hipster. This man has style, class and the demeanor of Victorian royalty. He was my kind of people. As mentioned before, this was my first time buying a car, and i was a complete NOOB in the whole process. Howard walked me through the entire course on what to expect and answered my questions without fail. He was very patient and diligently answered every stupid question I asked. Since it was a used car, Howard explained the background of the vehicle to me and he got me when he said "brand new engine." At that point, and at 30 mins of walking into the door and even before seeing the car ... i was ready to buy. This man was good at his job. When it was time to test drive the vehicle, I admitted to Howard that it had been awhile since I had the opportunity to drive manual car. He politely joked if he was in trouble. I answered a sincere YES, but he was still patient and even talked me through the whole ride. I was nervous, much like my road test in the Bronx at the age of 17. I thought Howard was going to fail me. I imagined him with a clipboard with only YES or NO on it. Nevertheless, I felt like I passed and was worthy of the car, which by the way, felt like a dream! It was compliant, safe and exceeded my expectations. The takeaway Howard wrestled with the paperwork with ease, I spoke to the finance department and came up with a reasonable outcome. I barely did anything. The entire process was as smooth as butter on a warm day. Howard did his thing, i made smart and annoying comments and our transaction was complete. The following day, I drove the car home after giving him my down-payment. No hassle, no gimmicks. I didn't have to haggle because I felt taken cared off with a great deal. In the future, when it is time to buy a new car, hopefully in another 13 years, i can only hope to see Howard there or another just like him. Howard is absolute professional and a master at his craft.

I have wanted a WRX hatchback for as long as I can remember. I really liked the charcoal grey color and wanted a low mileage 2014 (the last year the hatch was offered), and I was willing to travel to obtain it. I was pretty excited as it was my first car purchase and I hope to have the car for a long, long time. I had email notifications set up on Autotraders and CarGurus, which I highly recommend doing (especially if you are being as insanely picky as myself). I was alerted when a 2011 Grey WRX popped up at the Wayne Dealership - I was happy about the certified pre-owned option and after doing some research on the dealership I was ready to make a trip out to New Jersey from Manhattan. I sent them an email inquiry and heard back from Steve within the hour. After a few pretty quick emails back and forth I set up an appointment - Steve's rapid responses were a welcome change from other dealerships I had worked with. Not only that but Steve agreed to pick me up at the bus station down the street - incredible customer service before I had even met him. When I got in his car, he let me know they had just got a 2014 in with half the miles and he was all set to do two test drives even though it would keep him after normal dealership hours. You can probably see a theme developing - Steve is an incredibly gracious, accommodating and down-to-earth dude. I liked both cars immensely and Steve spent a solid hour discussing the pros and cons with me and putting up with my OCD! I can only recall him using one car salesman cliche, something along the lines of "what will it take to get a deal done today?" but I will forgive him because in the end we worked out a VERY NICE deal (even though the car was so new it hadn't even been listed on their website yet and they could have held out for some more offers). I honestly think Steve appreciated my enthusiasm for the vehicle and for Subaru culture and thought that the car and I kind of deserved each other. Steve then drove me 30 minutes out of his way to drop me off at the only bus stop with late night service. I set the pick up date for the one week, but ended up needing an extra week to get financing sorted - they had no problem in extending the deal. When I came back out Steve once again picked me up at the bus stop. We ended up chatting for an hour as the business manager was processing a lot of sales (this places sells a lot of Subarus for a reason...) - during this conversation Steve really showed his passion for and knowledge of cars, we talked about his weekend car project and walked through all the upgrades we thought would be appropriate for my WRX! It was a very fun and informative chat and I enjoyed learning about Steve's backstory. I proceeded to meet the business manager, who was also very friendly, I was prepared for his extended warranty sales pitch but I was pretty confident thatI would not be opting for it as the car was already certified pre-owned. Anyway, I ended up upgrading to one-level higher certified pre-owned coverage (which includes electrical, brakes, suspension etc - in addition to the basic drivetrain stuff already included) since the car has a solid 70,000 more miles covered on its warranty. He also essentially threw in tire and wheel coverage for 5 years (a must-have with a daily driver in Manhattan - a few flat tires will pay for the whole warranty) so I felt very good about spending a few extra bucks. Anyway, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish; the car runs great and is a lot of fun (perhaps a little too much fun sometimes...). I highly recommend Steve and the whole team at Wayne Subaru - I will definitely be going back if the need for another wonderful car ever arises. I'll be a Subiu owner for life! Thanks guys!

I have owned my 2018 Crosstrek for 7 months and I still love it as much as the day I drove it off the lot. Excellent fuel economy for the weight and drivetrain. Fun to drive with fantastic steering response. It is a bit underpowered for my liking but it does have the torque for highway passing. The cargo area is spacious and the rear seats fold completely flat which is great for hauling. After test driving and researching several vehicles in this market segment, this was the best “bang for the buck”. I strongly recommend this vehicle.

While shopping for a used, low-mileage Subaru Legacy I stopped in to Ramsey Subaru to test drive a 2014 2.5i Limited and a 2011 3.6R. One young sales associate took me on a test drive and was very knowledgeable and personable. I decided although I enjoyed the 3.6R's added horsepower, the fuel economy and super low-mileage on the 2.5i Limited made it a better value (not to mention the fact that it was also a CPO -- Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I was not set on the sticker price at the time, came in spoke to another sales associate and it didn't seem like they were willing to budge on it. I gave them my information and asked them to call me when the price came down. I went to several dealerships in the area to test drive other used Subaru Legacys and other comparable cars (Acura TL, Acura TLX, etc). After returning home the following weekend, I noticed that the car had dropped near $1900 on car gurus. It was Saturday night and I knew the dealership was closed on Sundays, but I called and e-mailed anyway. I told My sales consultant Dan Willis that I'm ready to put a deposit down on the 2014 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited that I had test drove the week before. He got back to me first thing Monday morning, I put down a $1000 deposit. The dealership was very patient with me as I wanted to get a couple of fixes done to my 2005 Subaru Legacy that I planned on giving my nephew for his 17th Birthday. When working out the numbers with the Finance Manager, Michael Pandolfelli, I was given a couple of interest rates for different finance terms, I told him that he absolutely has to continue to work and get me a lower rate. A day or two later he called me back with an excellent rate with my bank of choice! When I came in to pick up my new car and finalize the paperwork, I noticed the price had dropped AGAIN on the dealership website, when I asked him to honor the newly discounted price, Michael said he can do that for me. When discussing extra options like extended warranties, it was slightly over the monthly payment I had OK'd myself to spend. He asked me what that monthly payment would be (difference of $3 or $4 / month), he made that happen, as well. After signing off, Dan Willis the Sales Consultant, brought me to my immaculately clean new (used) car and gave me a full walk-through on all the features the car included: Power-Sun Roof, Hill Assist, Cruise Control, Heated Seats, Back-Up Camera, Stereo and many other features. He made sure he answered any questions that I had for him and was happy to drive home. These two made my buying experience a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ramsey Subaru in the future!

Why in the world did I give up my beautiful Benz for a Subaru Outback? Simple: The Outback is a great vehicle. From its good looks, great feel, quality interior materials, comfort AND reliability, Its multiple safety factors are another big plus, not only for me, but, for my family members, including grandsons who are clamoring for a chance to drive it. Also, I don't have to strain my back and legs sitting in the low designed MB E350, which I had enjoyed for many years. Getting in and out of the Outback does not pain my senior-citizened aging body. It's easy to get in, get out and very comfortable to sit in and drive. I love the design, all around. The trade in and sales process was painless. First, the sales person, Dan Rovelli was polite, personable, professional and knowledgable about the product. I submitted a request through the Liberty web site specifying what I wanted and within hours, he got back to me by email with the exact car (color inside and out) that I wanted equipped exactly the way I wanted. And, the price was the lowest I had gotten from other dealers. The trade-in given for my MB E350 was higher than the other dealers. I picked up the car and it was delivered within 24 hours of my first contact with the dealership. Dan stayed in touch with me by email to make sure I understood all the features of the vehicle and encouraged me to ask him any questions. I did, and he responded within an hour. If I can give Dan 6 stars instead of 5, I would. He is a true gentleman and was a delight to deal with.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback last week at Wayne Subaru (Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne, NJ 07470). Our salesman was Vinnie Calabrese (?). Vinnie was terrific. He seemed to know the inventory very well and let my wife test drive all the cars she wanted. At no time did he pressure us. There was a little confusion on the first car m picked out-the car fax showed a collision, but the car had a Certified flag on it. And actually, our second choice was the car I really wanted. Vinnie was great be sure to ask for him. And at the closing, David in the Finance Office was spot on. I work for a credit union and expected him to pressure us for GAP and extended warranties, but he didn't. In fact, he showed us the warranty information and told us there is no obligation to buy. He also gave us a great rate as Subaru is advertising Special Love offer on new and used vehicles. Overall, the dealership, Wayne Subaru, was really outstanding. And of course the cars are great!

My car is way better than I expected. It has everything I needed and more. I couldn't be more happy with it. Back up camera is very helpful, living in Portland I'm always having to parallel park and it makes it super easy. Love the seat warmers, they're so nice for the fall and winter weathers. It's a very safe car, it has lights on my side mirrors that lets me know when someone is in my blind spot, it beeps if I'm accidently going into the next lane or if a car has stopped suddenly, it also stops its self if it gets to close to a stopped car. It has a sunroof which is a huge bonus! And the color is so beautiful, I get so many compliments on it. I love it!
