Michelle has went above and beyond for me. I'm from Cheyenne came to Greeley to buy my dream truck. I bought it as is. 5 months later my truck starting having problems I was offer a warranty when buy my truck at the time I didnt think I need it. I should have got it. I have now had to put a new motor in my truck and Greely Subaru did what no other dealership would have done, they helped me get my truck fixed. Steve Palmer did more then I can describe he helped me with price and made sure I had a car to get back and forth for work while my truck was getting the work done. Every time we went there we felt that Lars was there to help us. He is knowledgeable and was willing to work with us until we fully understood and felt comfortable with our transaction. There was never any pressure or slant towards a specific offer. He continues to help after delivery.
i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.
I was surprised when hesitated about car original cause and what part got repaired but Jacob was upfront with the details. Overall very good experience. Excellent customer service and friendly, courteous staff.
The service we received here was beyond amazing!! You walk in and just feel so warm and welcomed by everyone here! Is not like other dealerships where you feel judged or that they are in it just for the money, this place truly makes you feel like your joining one big happy family when you purchase a vehicle from them!!! We had the pleasure of working with Frank whom was amazing but everyone there was great as well!! I highly recommend buying your subaru from this dealership we don't plan on going to anyone else, even after we move out of state my husband will be coming back in the future for another vehicle.
We visited many different car brand dealerships and looked at many models, needing a new SUV for mountain and local travel. Lars was a delight to work with, answering all our questions (many emails and text, being patient with us throughout) and very knowledgeable about the Outback (educating us about the many features), while enjoying a salesman's humor (not the usual case when purchasing a new vehicle). Our first trip up to the mountains with the 3.6R Ltd proved to be good being this Thanksgiving weekend when the mountains received a significant amount of snow fall.
We bought our Subaru Outback yesterday from Chris Taylor at Dellenbach Subaru in Fort Collins. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I contacted him to set up a meeting to talk about what kind of car I was looking at (new, used) narrowed my choices between Outback or Forester and from there made a decision on the Outback. Chris was extremely helpful, very patient during my 500 questions and had a great attitude the whole time. I would say the entire experience was refreshing from your "average" car buying extravaganza where you feel smothered by the sales person who is trying to sell you everything under the sun. This was different, it was smooth sailing, never felt hassled at any point and even though I went back and forth to the dealership 3 times before I bought anything they treated me extremely well from the second I walked through the door until I drove away in my new Outback. Not only was my sales experience excellent but Subaru's in general are really excellent car's so that helps when trying to make a decision. If you are looking to buy a new or use Subaru I would save yourself the trouble of looking else ware and give Chris Taylor a call.
Cameron was very personable from the get go! He was ok with my friends checking out the cat with me and asking their own questions. He was very relaxed and easy to talk to, not like other high pressure fast talking situations I've had before. Even when looking at the prices, he answered all our questions and was not in our face about negotiating. On our first haggle, he quickly was able to get us a deal that was in our exact price range on the first try. This is a good and honest salesman that is just interested in getting you a car for the price you want, no pressure and with a friendly attitude.
