Used 2019 Subaru Crosstrek for sale near Benson, NC

I inherited the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from my wife. She ended up getting another Forester. Needless to say, I never picked this car for myself. However, the Subaru Brand and this Crosstrek has won me over. The AWD system works perfectly in the snowy Northern New York climate. With dedicated winter tires, I have complete confidence in my ability to keep it through the worst Lake Effect snow. The ground clearance allows me to drive easily on unloved roads with ease. I don't use X-Mode often, but it does help for going uphill on snowy roads or times when the snow is pretty deep. I've never been stuck or stranded with this car. The power train is adequate enough for highway and secondary roads. There are times when merging or attempting to pass, where I wished it had more power. (Drove a loaner 2020 Limited with the 2.5L, that is the perfect power train for the Crosstrek) I have never had any issues with the CVT transmission, but it does take some getting used to. The interior is fine. The gauges, screens and buttons are laid out well. I can find everything with ease and non of the buttons are in odd places. The factory speakers are lacking, but this model doesn't not have the upgraded stero option. Andriod auto works well. Seats are comfortable but do not have much lumbar support. Bolstered well and the headrest has a big range of adjustments. At 70k, I noticed the first crack in the synthetic leather bolster. The Limited trim is equipped with LED headlamps and they are truly fantastic. I rarely find myself using the hi-beams. The turning headlamps are very helpful with visibility when turning. Excellent all around. Eyesight and adaptive cruise works well and I have never had any issues. Only minor hiccups when snow, rain, fog or very bright oncoming light will trip Eyesight off. After a minute, it turns itself on. Overall this car is everything I needed and I never knew it. Reliable, fuell efficient, capable in snow and light off-road situations. It had enough utility space for anything I have ever hauled. Truly impressed with this little car. I plan on keeping it for the long haul. You won't be disappointed.

Bought it new and now 3+ years in has had no problems. Seems quite solid and reliable. A very comfortable, quiet, smooth ride compared to other cars I've owned. I bought it primarily for the utility and active safety features and mostly have not been disappointed. If you like very quick acceleration, however, this is not the car for you. It accelerates fine for my driving style. A few minor gripes about a car I still like: There's no interior light in the hatch area, which makes it difficult to see in the dark. It would be helpful to have door locks that automatically lock when the vehicle is shifted into R or D. Otherwise, you have to lock/unlock the doors using the small switch on the armrest. The driver safety features have already prevented a couple of potential accidents, but are overly sensitive at times. Once I was not able to back out of my driveway because there was a puddle at the bottom with the sun shining on it. The sensors thought it was an object and hit the brakes. It happened a second time until I backed out very slowly over the puddle. Otherwise, the car meets my needs for a small, competent, safe SUV.

Beginning with my initial search on the internet to the delivery of my new vehicle, my salesperson, Kelly Carlson, was phenomenal. I never thought I would say that about a car salesperson as I have always dreaded the process of buying a car. She displayed the right balance between communicating with me without being annoying. I never felt pressure - she was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable about her product, and enjoyable to work with. The day I went into the dealership it was just to look - I told her that and also told her I wasn’t even sure I wanted a Subaru - it was just to look to determine if the Subaru would be on my list to explore and compare to others. In the past if I uttered those words to a car salesperson they would all but toss me aside, make it quick. Not Kelly, she gave me all the time and test drives I wanted. The appraisal of my tradein was one of the fastest I have experienced and I felt it was fair as was the price on the new car. Normally I would negotiate and haggle and get perturbed at the laughable process of getting the best deal and in this case it was different, more like it should be, a little negotiation and a very reasonable experience. Normally I would have to spend hours waiting on one person or the next when getting the new car, usually you could count on being at the dealer for 3 hours before you could finally leave. The process took about 1 1/2 hours, maybe a little more. Kelly was attentive, enjoyable to talk with, knowledgeable, and handled everything with ease. Even the finance part went well without a lot of high pressure to buy add-on warranties. This dealer/management have done a superb job in training their team - the customer service I experienced with literally anyone I came in contact with was excellent.

i am 78 years old and have owned a lot of new cars and this one by far is the best . fun car to drive .

This car is perfect in every way! Its got racks, leather seats, great gas mileage, isn't too big or too small, and has great clearance and suspension! I couldn't recommend it any more, it's the best!

Sergiu Sanduta was an excellent, thoroughly knowledgeable sales rep whose service was impeccable from the moment we entered the dealership till we purchased the car. He walked us through each part of the car, the BMW app, how to use digital functions on the dashboard and other features of the car.
