I have had a Honda CR-V for almost 14 years. Before I purchased it, back in April 2003, I spent 8 months researching vehicles. I compared small SUV's-price, safety, maintenance, read Consumer Report, test drove other brands and finally, realized the Honda CR-V was the best car for me. I purchased it and have loved every minute of driving. I have never had any trouble with it, still have the same clutch, no repairs, other than regular oil changes, vehicle maintenance and one flat tire. After reading about a few different brands, I decided to go back to Honda. I wanted a mid-size SUV and I knew the Honda Pilot was the right car. We walked inside and Patrick White, who would be our Salesman, came up to us and introduced himself. I was immediately at ease with him. We seemed to be on the same page right away. I told him I was looking, but not yet ready to buy anything. He actually acknowledged that he wanted us to go home and think about it. He told us about the Pilot and all of its features. He answered a ton of questions, one in particular, whether to lease or buy. We test drove the car and immediately, I knew it was the right one for me. Patrick was so easy to talk to, we immediately felt comfortable with him. I loved the car but wanted to think about it for a few days. He told me to research online and really get familiar with the available features. We came back the next weekend and drove the Pilot Touring again. Patrick helped me get to know the different features and showed us how it drives in snow. He drove in a snowy lot and did several maneuvers, showing us the traction, braking and turn radius. It was amazing. We came back in and discussed lease vs buy. I decided to lease with an option to buy. Patrick walked us through everything and made the process so easy. While the final papers were completed, Patrick had the car set up and ready to go. He ran through some last minute tips to allow us to drive off the lot feeling confident in our purchase. He did a fantastic job, no pressure, allowing us to ask questions, try out features in the car., etc. We have already gone back to ask more questions, and he was happy to steer (pun) us in the right direction. Overall, it was a very easy, comfortable process dealing with him. I have my dream car and couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend Patrick White to anyone wanting to buy a Honda. He is a wonderful salesperson--friendly, knowledgeable, easy-going, great sense of humor, and most importantly, not pushy. Patrick deserves an A+!!!

This car has everything I need & nothing I dont. Drive great. It has all the acceleration you need to get to speed on a highway or pass. No complaints here. First Subaru I have ever owned but won't be my last. The base model has all the technology & safety features need without all the extra nonsense that I dont need. By far the best car I have ever owned even better than my Malibu.

This is a wonderful little car. It seems to have a little more space than a regular small car hatchback. The ride is great, one of the best riding cars I've ever drove. I was concerned with it being AWD it would not get that great gas mileage in the real world, but is adequate in mixed city/hwy driving and excellent if you drive hwy a lot. The power is adequate, it does take a little bit to get use to the throttle response - you can snap your neck if you get on the pedal too much from starts - easy on the gas and it is very smooth. It takes mountain roads effortlessly - drove up a steep North Georgia mountain and it was a goat, just kept going and never under any stress. Haven't taken it off road, but Subarus I've heard do quite well off road. This is a great little car and perfect for smaller families or young folks who want something functional as well as something a little different from a regular sedan/hatch/suv - Subaru is a bit in their own category of car type.

The Crosstrek has everything I need! I did splurge for the bells and whistles, but still remained in my budget. The CVT transmission is super smooth, haven't noticed a huge difference coming from a 2003 Subaru Outback. The eyesight feature is definitely helpful (and is included in base models), and my Google Pixel connected to the car without any problems. My first brand new car and I couldn't be happier!

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Nate Wade Subaru was exceptional from start to finish! My initial contact was through an online inquiry and request for an ePrice - I was connected with Josh Kelly. Initially I was just testing the water as to my options to upgrade from my 2013 Subaru Legacy to a 2016 Legacy with EyeSight and other new safety features. I had my heart set on a specific color and was flexible with the options, to a point. A couple trips (225 miles each way) to Nate Wade Subaru to check out inventory and test drive a few cars - helped set me on the track to purchase. The only difficulty was when I decided on options I wanted and found that there were two cars on the lot appointed as I wanted - but neither in my preferred color. Josh searched other dealers and found there was actually one a short (40 minutes) away which was exactly what I wanted. It was a Saturday - a busy one at Nate Wade, Josh had several customers simultaneously and I never felt that I was anything but his top priority. He took the time to try to contact the other dealership to see if they would do a dealer trade for the car but the other dealership said they were shorthanded and didn't have time. This didn't stop Josh from trying other routes to see if the car was actually available and could be obtained for me. He said if it was he would drive there and get the car for me. Needless to say, the day ended without word from the other dealer so I went home. By the end of the day Sunday, I felt I'd adequately explored my options - between getting the car from the other dealer or selecting one on the lot which had the options but not the exterior/interior color I preferred. I was back on the road to Nate Wade Subaru on Monday morning. I met with Josh briefly to look over the printouts for the different cars, then went to look at the vehicles they had on the lot. Josh went to work to see if they could get the car from the other dealer. Ultimately this dealership agreed, but had changed the price on the car - so I declined. (Sorry to put you through all the Josh!) Instead I purchased the one at Nate Wade even if it wasn't the color I'd originally hoped to find. It is a lovely car (same exterior color as my 2013) and has some really awesome features! Once I'd finally made up my mind, Josh handed me over to Nick Poulos to finalize the paperwork. Nick is quite a character! It was a pleasure getting to know him a little while he walked me through the sea of paperwork. It truly felt like talking with an old friend in the short time in his office. He definitely added a nice personal touch to the process. Thanks so much Nick for the special care and everything! I really enjoyed driving home (3+ hours on the freeway). It was a stormy day and my new Legacy handled the slushy/snowy road with nimble road-hugging reliability that I expect, know and love! This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Only had my Crosstrek a few weeks, but I did a LOT of homework before buying it. I am really picky because I keep cars for 10+ years. I have the Limited - leather seats and great safety features. Roomy interior, comfortable and dashboard is nicely laid out for ease of use. Subaru “Eyesight” is awesome - bacause if it this car was LESS to insure than my 08 Acura. Jury is still out on reliability but so far I love this car - sporty and luxurious.

This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. we did our research and are VERY happy with our purchase. the only thing I think could be improved is the choice to raise the passenger seat as the driver's seat is adjustable. I am short, I LOVE how the driver's seat raises up -- evenly. our last car (a Toyota) raised the back of the seat, not the whole seat and you ended up sitting on an angle. the Crosstrek raises you up -- and a lot. I love it! I can see some of the hood! wish the passenger seat raised -- it sits too low for someone short like me. other than that -- it is a GREAT car!

I was given full information on the car I was buying. Was treated with trust, they let me test drive the car I was looking for immediately. They helped me find the best financing for my situation, and helped me understand why I needed the warranty. Went in at 9:30am had a new car by 11:30am. Can’t complain for a fully loaded 2017 with 277 miles. I’m stoked!!!

Love the vehicle. Traded my 2011, F-150 in on a new Crosstrek. I drive a lot, spending about 400 dollars a month of fuel alone.... Thinking my gas bill will be about 1/2 of what I was spending, putting that towards the new Crosstrek, my monthly out of pocket, additional expense, will only be about 200 bucks... I love the vehicle, all the new technology is just fantastic, it takes some getting used to, the beeping when go outside of your lane or if you have it set, it will steer you back in your lane....just love it.

Comfortable small vehicle. Perfect for getting around town and doing chores. Easy to drive and good mileage. Comfortable feel and easy to handle. All the technology anyone would desire. All the safety signals necessary to keep you safe. Plenty of room for passengers in the rear se at. Good truck room. Plus Apple Car Play.

Love it! Better than my earlier Impreza. Has all the great safety features. Nice design inside and out, spacious luggage area, good visibility, good electronics, etc.

Eric Duran met me at the door and very kindly asked if he could help. I told him I wanted to test drive an Outback. I even got to pick the specific one. We drove it, I loved it, we discussed the car and all the options it had (it was a Limited, and literally had everything I wanted), and the MSRP price. He told me my price would actually $3.5K less than MSRP. That was in my price range. He didn???t go talk to a manager and flash a bunch of numbers in front of me, then go back and talk to the manager again, to see what kind of deal they could give me. He simply spoke to me. Gave me the price. Told me he could give me a $500 discount if I belonged to Costco. He wrote up the paperwork, and the finance dept checked my credit at the same time. By the time I spoke with Nate in financing, everything was good to go. We met for about 20 minutes. I added on a clear coat bra option, and signed the paperwork. it was the smoothest, most relaxing experience I???ve ever had. It was the antithesis of the 2 other dealerships I visited the night before. Didn???t realize it could be so anxiety-free. They are wonderful people, and I would refer anyone I know to go there for their next car buying experience.

Very practical! Needs more power. Ergonomically correct which isn't the norm with a lot of cars today. Everything in the infotainment system works seemless. I would highly recommend this car.

Finding a car you are interested in is only part of the ordeal of buying a car. First you research, then test drive, re-evaluate and hopefully you eventually purchase. Jacob at Action Auto was/is the ONLY sales rep who ever replied to ANY inquiry about any vehicle over the course of a month. I even did LIVE chats online with other dealerships and they couldn't even tell me if the car was still available on the lot. Jacob and I emailed back and forth answering my questions, etc.. He stayed after hours to meet my husband and I who were traveling from another county- and we were interested in seeing a particular vehicle. He was helpful, friendly and informative. We appreciated him going the extra mile with us. Also, we appreciated him actually responding to our online inquiries- that has made all the difference!

It meets our needs for both country and city driving. There is plenty of room for the mass of belongings we carry back and forth and it came with a roof rack which could expand what we can carry if necessary.

My wife and recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Kia Sorento. Since the purchase we have been nothing short of satisfied with our choice. He listened to everything we wanted and showed us just that. Never once did he try to persuade us in a different direction. Even our test drive with him was fun and relaxing. Zach seriously made all the difference in the world and actually made our first time experience so good we said we???re coming back to him and getting another car soon. He even went out of his way to get us some trade in money for our old car, which I didn???t think we could anything. He also kept in touch and sent us some friendly letters in the mail to thank us and make sure we were doing well. This is our 7th Subaru and the 3rd Crosstrek, we've had a 2013 XV Crosstrek Limited 2015 XV Crosstrek Special edition and now 2019 Crosstrek Limited. What a difference much better ride quality, better interior and exterior quality, stiffer ride, much better technology, great upgrade overall, really nice ride, love everything it comes with, better steering responsive headlights then our 2017 XT Touring they kinda faster responding to the steering, better eyesight response as well when changing lanes, trully love it!

My 'No-Worry' leased Subaru Outback was coming up on 6,000 miles and needed it's first service. (And I was conveniently reminded of this by email). I'm on online chat and text person so that's how I scheduled the service knowing that I could have them come pick up the car and deliver it back to me. What I didn't realize until they asked for my DL and insurance information was that they were giving me a loaner car. Bonus! And the loaner car was supposed to cost $40 but they didn't charge me. I got text messages advising me that the concierge service was on it's way and could even track them as they traveled. Once they had the car they updated me by text that the car was complete and let me request the same concierge service for it to be dropped off and the loaner car picked up. This is the car world I've always wanted to live in. I bought this car online and only went into the dealership to drop off my trade in. (And apparently they are working on even eliminating that trip to the dealership in the future.) I really love this car but the service I've received has sold me on Mark Miller Subaru. They make car buying and maintenance easy.

Meets all my needs. Love the color (ORANGE). Ride is very smooth. Sound system is great. Trunk space is adaquate. What more can I say.

I've notice a lot of confusion from other reviews with the customer service and service at Prestman Auto so I thought I'd add my two cents and my experience. First of all, they have a policy where they allow you to browse on your own without any interruptions from annoying sales reps. If you need help for a test drive something else, just ask any staff for an available sales rep to help you and they'll find one. Also, if you don't understand why their prices are so low, you should read on their website to learn a little about them because they aren't your typical car dealership. About 2 years ago I bought a 2013 Ford Focus ST-3 from them for an excellent price. I have loved my car ever since and I would recommend this dealership to anyone especially my fellow car guy/gal.

I did it I switched from being a life long Chevy driver to a beautiful new Subaru. I couldn't be happier. Wonderful vehicle. I am in love.

After having my car totaled due to an accident that wasn???t my fault, I spent three weeks dealing with the ensuing insurance process, which was elongated by unfortunate timing of holidays. When I finally was ready to make a purchase of a replacement vehicle, I traveled 5 hours from Wyoming down to Prestman Auto because of the fantastic prices I had seen online. I was summarily impressed by the dealership. For all of the stress that comes with a crash, buying a car, test driving, getting financed, etc, everyone at the Prestman dealership made the experience as smooth as possible. Micah was friendly and not all pushy, willing to answer any and all questions. As a first time car buyer, I was able to get financed at a great rate, and the assistant sales manager, Debbie, walked me through the process with a smile on her face. I never once felt talked down to (always a concern as a young female). When I left the dealership that day, I had a vehicle that I was thrilled to drive and a major weight lifted from my shoulders. I couldn???t have asked for a better first car buying experience.

Only owned this one 3 days. All seems great, just like all the rest. Driven Subarus since 77-78 . Only car as far as I am concerned .

Wasn't sure Nate would remember to have me picked up at the airport. But they were on time. I looked for a specific truck for over 3 months, from coast to coast Prestman had the best deal for the truck I was looking for by far. I wanted two things. Safety and a Manual Transmission so I crossed over from Honda to Subaru. Best decision ever. Once I got the hang of shifting the gears - they react a bit differently than previous sticks I've driven, I absolutely love this car. Hugs the road, super responsive, good gas mileage, roomy for back seat passengers and cute to boot. There is also lots of room for hauling stuff and if I lower the back seats, I can fit my road bike in the car without taking off the front wheel. I am really happy with this vehicle.

Katie Dion had been super 'on it', her follow-ups, refreshed product status and willingness to adjust as to changing unit availability is exceptional. Her boss Chris probably already knows, but Katie is the 'bomb'. We continue to work towards a hopeful satisfactory agreement on trade-in value and 'a final sale' !
