Love the freebees of owning a new car just knew i wanted to stay at a certain payment. Met Rich, "Richie Rich" they call him and he took his time listened to me and made a plan to show me exactly what I wanted in the price range i wanted , and then asked to show me something else, he showed me a new car he could get me in the price i wanted payment wise! I never would have thought I could drive new! He is fantastic!

They turned around

I had a transmission issue with my car, towed it to dealership Sunday night and called Dealership first thing on Monday when they opened up at 7:00 am (scheduling department -service advisors didn't pick up at 6:30 pm when called). The scheduler was not customer friendly (being nice) but scheduled me for a Thursday appointment with no car for 4 days. He even went to the extent stating if you want, talk to the manager and he will say the same thing when I asked "do you schedule so full with no room for unscheduled service calls either". The service manager never called me but rather I saw the email stating my appointment was booked for Thursday. Service advisor did call finally on Monday noon and indicated he will try to get it in if there is an opening before. They finally looked at the car on Wednesday and confirmed it was a false transmission fail issue. I would say Service Advisor at least was empathetic with the situation. The good thing about this is they did not charge me for the initial diagnostics. The only thing I would say is, if they could have done this on first thing Monday, I wouldn't have had to wait and spend on Lyft and Uber for my travel. But over all I would still say it is a good experience. I have been with facility for over 12 years now - buying car and servicing all at this place.

I live in north metro and was attending a conference on the south end of town. In a panic late on a Friday afternoon I contacted Luther for assistance (I thought possible a hose was broke or the radiator was busted). The Service professional calmed me down, gave me a number for a tow, if needed and told me who to ask for once I arrived after 5:00 p.m. I was only 3 miles away at the Hilton was able to drive to Luther Bloomington. They immediately took my car in, did a full inspection, and washed my car. No work was required, thank god! However, they did advise me of what is needed soon and was prepared to complete that work. I so appreciated their client service focus. It wasn't about just the car it was also about me the customer. My experience with Acura has been great - they make excellent cars when cared for will give you great performance always. The dealerships are professional and the Best! Luther Bloomington - you are a Life Saver and most importantly, you left me feeling totally confident about your commitment to your client and service. Thank you.

I have purchased several vehicles from Bernard's and have even moved across the country and flown back to buy from them again. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and really make you feel like you're part of their family. It doesn't feel like a sale, they don't bully you into a vehicle you don't want just to unload inventory. It's personalized attention and a great experience overall. I had the pleasure of working with Chase Paulson on several transactions and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The first car I purchased was a Chrysler 300. Chase knew the insurance and outs of everything in the vehicle, he showed me all the different features and made sure that it was the right car for me at the time. He also followed up several times and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. We also purchased a mini van and 2 trucks from Bernard's, the last being a RAM I flew in from California to purchase from Chase. He picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership to get the beautiful RAM 1500 Longhorn. Their team is great! I actually enjoy buying my car from them. Randy Mock is a good car salesman and treated me very well. He had to work hard to find the car I wanted. It was not easy. When I stop in for service at your shop, I always go over and say Hi to Randy! I enjoy talking with him.
The main reason I buy cars from Classic Cadillac - (This is my second) is because of their service center and 'Big Chad'. He does a great job and is a huge asset for the dealership. Big Chad has always treated me very professionally and has always done right by me and my car. He is a good person and the main reason I buy from Classic Cadillac. Even though I only know him through the short amount of time I spend at their service center to drop off and pick up my car, I can say that I trust him. That is key for me or I assume anyone when bringing your car in for service.

Two years ago, when we were ready to move to Conn from Ohio, we asked our Subaru customer rep in Columbus to recommend a Subaru dealership that we could depend on. He gave us Garavel's specific contact info and that was very helpful when we needed some minor adjustments to one of our leased cars after we moved to Conn. More recently, in October 2018, we had a real catastrophe when both of our Ohio Subaru Foresters were totaled in a flash flood so we got in a rental car and went back to Garavel. We met Gary Bauman who understood our dilemma. We knew that we wanted two Foresters and Gary knew everything about the great new features and he explained and demonstrated them to us. When we said goodbye to Gary the first time, Joe drove home in a 2019 Forester that was available in the lot - it had his name on it. Jeanne was happy to wait a little longer for her beautiful red 2019 Forester that is the envy of everyone, and when we said goodbye to Gary the second time, we were completely satisfied. A Graceful Experience

What can we say? We loved our Subie-Do. She gave us 11 years and 164,235 miles of adventures. When it came time to put her out to pasture we knew the only car for us would be another Forester. My how they've changed since 2007! But our perceptive liaison to the 21st Century Car, Grace Baldwin, enabled us to test drive and pick just the right model to suit our needs. No more no less, just the perfect match suited to how we make use of our car, what for and where to. As we are also UpState New York transplants, we, (I!!) especially appreciated the way Grace listened and attentively suggested particular roads to confidently test drive before venturing out on busier interstate lanes.
