Dear Mr. Glanzmann, We, Alex and Marina Vishnevsky, would like to share with you our great experience with Glanzmann Subaru in Jenkintown. We live almost across the street from the dealership. In 1998 we decided to lease our first Subaru and, of course, we visited your dealership first. However, it was not a very pleasant experience because people there were not friendly to us, and we had to find another dealership. When our lease had expired, we came again to your dealership. Unfortunately, after 3 years, the story repeated again. Since we are fans of Subaru, we have a new lease every 3 years. Before 2014, we got three Foresters and one Outback. In 2014, we had to lease a new car and we decided to try your dealership one more time. We were really surprised! The entire atmosphere there was completely different: sales consultants were friendly and knowledgeable. We remember that in the middle of our conversation with a consultant, Robe Shintaku (sales manager) came to us. He asked a few questions about the options we would like to have in our new lease, and then he went to check out our car. In 15-20 minutes, he came back with an excellent offer. We could not believe this is the same place: this team completely changed the business for better. We remember final part of our business ??? it was a very pleasant meeting with Gary Segal. Three years passed quickly. Several weeks ago, without any scheduled appointment, we came to Glanzmann Subaru again to get our Subaru #6! Our sales consultant was a very nice young man Scott Fields. We began our conversation and suddenly we saw Rob Shintaku. He came to us and after a short pause, he said, ???Are you Vishnevsky? Sorry, I don???t remember your first names???. We were completely shocked ??? after three years, he remembered our last name. It is impossible, especially with the last name like ???Vishnevsky???. All procedure took no more than 20 minutes: we got an excellent deal; by our request, Rob promised to add several features to our new Outback. In a week we got a beautiful Subaru #6! Dear Mr. Glanzmann, we would like to thank you and your fantastic team for an excellent service and understanding of client???s needs, being professional and courteous and willing to satisfy a client. I have to say that my experience with Mounir (???Mo???) was absolutely amazing. He was so thorough, kind and extremely accomodating to my wants and needs in purchasing my new car. He also presented several great deals with me and worked really well with me on my trade in of my old 2014 Subaru. I absolutely love my brand new 2019 Subaru Crosstrek!! 😀
What can we say? We loved our Subie-Do. She gave us 11 years and 164,235 miles of adventures. When it came time to put her out to pasture we knew the only car for us would be another Forester. My how they've changed since 2007! But our perceptive liaison to the 21st Century Car, Grace Baldwin, enabled us to test drive and pick just the right model to suit our needs. No more no less, just the perfect match suited to how we make use of our car, what for and where to. As we are also UpState New York transplants, we, (I!!) especially appreciated the way Grace listened and attentively suggested particular roads to confidently test drive before venturing out on busier interstate lanes. I suppose that kind of intuitive interaction best sums up my experience purchasing a car for the first time this century! We are grateful to have had an informative and gracious guide in Grace Baldwin.
This was the first time we had gone to Dan Perkins after having previously gone to Premier in Branford for several Subarus. We found out that Adam Arsenault had left Premier after calling them and having the say he was no longer there. We literally called around to other Subaru dealers asking if Adam was there and lucky for us he found a home at Dan Perkins. As always, Adam made our experience easy and without BS. This was our first time buying a car in a while after leasing for several years, and Adam really made the experience as painless as possible. He just gives it to you straight, every single time. I was also just impressed with Dan Perkins as a dealer overall. They weren't pushy. They didn't send in the "heavy" to try to lowball you on price. They said this is what we can do, and that's our best number and it was a fair number. When we came to pick up our car, I was thinking it was going to take forever and be uncomfortable based on previous experience, but George the Finance Manager made it seem like a piece of cake. George is a class act. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to, but also was efficient in that we got through the business we needed to very quickly. When he said we had done all the paperwork, I was sort in shock--how could that have gone so fast? Overall, I could not be more pleased with our experience at Dan Perkins. Since we got our car, I have recommended two friends to go see Adam at Dan Perkins and one of them ended up getting an Outback from him. (The other is still looking with him for a specific used car.) The price they got right up front was very competitive. It was so competitive that my friend, upon calling all the other dealerships in the state to see if they could beat the price (as he does with every car purchase--too much effort for me but that's what he does) had one dealer laugh and say he made the price up because "no one could offer that low of a price." Bottom line, if you need a new car, do not pass go, do not collect $200, just go straight to Adam Arsenault at Dan Perkins. Very satisfied customer and will go back again as soon as we need to return the lease on our other car.
Recently my wife and I went in to purchase a new car. We've always drove Dodge's and at the Auto show we sat and looked at numerous cars. We met Rachael Marlin. She was very friendly, and knowledgeable with all our questions. We set up an appointment to meet with Rachael a bit after the Auto Show. One of Rachael's biggest asset was that she was very patient, and didn't put any pressure on us to purchase the car that night. Rachael worked with us to get the best deal possible and that we would recommend her to any family or friend. Rachael remained friendly and professional with us throughout the entire process.
I was only buying a used car, but Matt Wager treated me like a customer buying a brand new car. It was late in the day on a Saturday when everything was finalized. I couldn't drive it home because every car is put through a complete inspection to ensure everything is up to the high standards of West Herr. And this is going to really amaze you.....they are delivering it to me----1 1/2 hours away. Who does that? West Herr obviously. They aim to please and make you feel comfortable in any way they can.
I have heard nothing but good things about West Herr so when it was time for me to get a car I didn't even think twice. While searching around the internet I was invited to a chat online about what I was looking for, within minutes I was scheduling a test drive, love fast service! The next day Derek May contacted, me took a bit of information and again before I knew it he found a car; I wanted and was heading to my house!!!! Yes you read that correctly he was willing to drive all the way to Wheatfield to show me the car!! As much as I loved the car I got a bit scared and at the last second asked for a day to think. Derek had no problem giving me that time, along with showing me two other cars the next day. Derek was patient and understanding and made me feel so comfortable with my decision. I am so happy to be in a Subaru and a new one to top it off!!! I recommend anyone looking to buy; to not just go to West Herr but to work with Derek, he is stand up guy and will make your whole experience wonderful.
Our longtime friend Frank Bellinger (Finance manager) who has helped us buy many of our vehicles, unfortunately was ill and unable to assist us this time. He kindly referred us to Business Manager Peter Kuchler for our car buying experience.Peter was very knowledgeable and patient.We are die hard Nissan fans but Peter took extra time to explain all the different Subaru models and test drive them.He carefully listened to what we thought were" casual comments/observations" and he recommended the Forester.When we test drove the Forester,it didn't take long for us to realize his recommendation was exactly what we were looking for.We so appreciated his calm and friendly demeanor.We did not feel rushed or pressured to buy. We also noticed how respectful and polite Peter was in his dealings with other staff members. In today's world when good manners and common courtesy seem in short supply, it was refreshing to experience these values at your dealership. Incidently, we drove 72 miles to do business there. Both Frank and Peter are assets to your dealership and we sincerely extend our heartfelt thanks.
Just purchased a 2018 Subaru Touring 3.6 Outback. This is the 2nd Outback vehicle I have purchased from Classic Atlanta Subaru. The General Manager (Eric) and my Salesperson (Robert) were outstanding as usual. Great people + Great service = returning customer! A++++

I have tried other places in Fort Wayne over the years and non of them come close to my experience at Fort Wayne Subaru. I've been taking my car there now for over 3 years and I consistently have a great experience and the value is also very good. Never worry that I'm being over charged or asked to buy anything I don't need.
I have purchased several vehicles from Bernard's and have even moved across the country and flown back to buy from them again. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and really make you feel like you're part of their family. It doesn't feel like a sale, they don't bully you into a vehicle you don't want just to unload inventory. It's personalized attention and a great experience overall. I had the pleasure of working with Chase Paulson on several transactions and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The first car I purchased was a Chrysler 300. Chase knew the insurance and outs of everything in the vehicle, he showed me all the different features and made sure that it was the right car for me at the time. He also followed up several times and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. We also purchased a mini van and 2 trucks from Bernard's, the last being a RAM I flew in from California to purchase from Chase. He picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership to get the beautiful RAM 1500 Longhorn. The entire experience was fantastic and when I am ready to buy again Chase will be the guy I call. Thank you to the entire Bernard's family and especially Chase Paulson!
I went in looking for a used car because i figured out what my payment would be and I wanted to stay around that at a certain price point. Love the freebees of owning a new car just knew i wanted to stay at a certain payment. Met Rich, "Richie Rich" they call him and he took his time listened to me and made a plan to show me exactly what I wanted in the price range i wanted , and then asked to show me something else, he showed me a new car he could get me in the price i wanted payment wise! I never would have thought I could drive new! He is fantastic!
I have shopped/purchased vehicles via dealerships in the past, and I have to say this was absolutely the best buying experience I???ve been a part of. A new vehicle is often a daunting experience, especially when it is a necessity, rather than a scheduled upgrade. We contacted Subaru via an online inquiry. We did not have a trade-in, as we had just received the news that my current car was beyond fixable, (and the reason for our inquiry). Aaron Hauer responded to our online inquiry very promptly. Though we live in Spokane, my partner works in Alaska, which can make these moments a bit tricky. Aaron was phenomenal in working around the logistics of spotty reception, time zones, and a few thousand miles. I cannot say enough about the sincere, non-pressuring, informative, and truly above and beyond, customer service of not only Aaron, but the financial team as well. Tyler was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with my questions; which was greatly appreciated during my first ???brand new??? car purchase. I feel exceptionally good about our purchase of a 2016 Crosstrek, and very confident in the continued support of the team at the dealership. These gentlemen truly speak volumes for the brand, and the team at Spokane Subaru. I cannot say thank you enough!!!
We live near the Canadian Border at elevation in the mountains so my search to replace our 20 year old Honda CRV began online....originally with Honda after the first of the year. The task was to find the best vehicle for our needs at the best offered price....reducing the number of 260 mile RT's to a dealership....any dealership. My first attempts at online shopping were met by a circus of responses and various versions of the truth depending on the time-of-day....weather...or other unknown variables. Additionally...we were being visited my daughter and family from Zealand so time spent with dealers would subtract from what was most precious to us. I asked each to contact me by e-mail only....ignoring the USE OF the"required" phone number to obtain online quotes. Honda called repeatedly.. Josh Popham not only cut away the clutter between vehicle and price but we actually felt LISTENED TO and we only spoke by telephone the morning we were coming in to complete our purchase. Otherwise all was completed more-than-satisfactorily by e-mail. Now....at 71+ yrs old I am no techno geek but in this case online worked superbly well. ONLY...because Josh was honest...direct....open and LISTENED. Our buying experience with Subaru of Spokane not only changed the brand of vehicle but our confidence in reasonable transactions. Josh it to be commended and we wish him continued success at Honda of Spokane.
