This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! Fun to drive and has plenty of pep when you need it. We chose the “Sport” model for its look and inviting interior.

I bought a 6 speed manual transmission, very easy to handle and fun to drive. Roomy and comfortable inside. Nice looking hubcaps. Good storage when seats folded.

Recently purchased a new 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with the 6spd. Probably one of the last 6spd made since they stopped taking orders for manuals 2 days after I ordered it. Really like the car, rides like an SUV but handles like a small car. would be nice if the seats had some adjustable lumbar support. Transmission is smooth and have been averaging right at 30mpg. Mainly bought it because I live out in the country now and need the AWD for the winters. Does not have tons a bells and whistles which is ok with me, less electronics to go bad as the years go on. Really great car would recommend.

My service coordinator Josh was extremely helpful in reviewing the specific maintenance needs of my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Josh did offer a complimentary loaner vehicle for use as my car wasn't quite ready at the end of the service day. I bought the Subaru Crosstrek Limited with 7 miles on it. The hardest decision was which color to choose. I have only had the car for less than a month, so I am still learning all the safety features and new technology. That is why some of the ratings are only a 4. So far, I am very pleased with the handling, gas mileage, and the comfort of the head and leg room.

This was a recall on my audio system. When I got the car back, all three of the FM stations I had selected were gone. Of course, I can put them back, but why were they deleted? The good news is that the car was done in the time I was told it would be and someone in Service was kind enough to show me how to set the clock--which isn't easy on the 2018 Impreza.

Had an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduling my appointment through the Subaru app was easy and time options were convenient. Stayed during the service in the comfortable waiting room with WiFi. They finished in about 90 minutes and all of the staff I worked with were courteous, kind, and happy to answer my questions.
