This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

I had to have an engine replaced. Considering the scope of work, the job was done quickly and efficiently. The employee that oversaw my service made sure that I was provided with a rental vehicle for the entire time it took to complete the job. I was extremely grateful.

Great car at a good price does everything I need and more for the price it can’t be beat. First time I have had a Subaru.

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I'm from NH visiting family. My car started acting up. The Mazda customer call center scheduled me when Denton Mazda didn't really have the availability or capacity. I drove almost two hours on a bad engine. John Monigold was very understanding of my situation and as helpful as he could. He went out of his way to ensure I didn't drive there for nothing. They diagnosed and gave a few options. Everyone there was very friendly. I definitely recommend them.

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

In Regard to my last review. After a horrible and unprofessional experience with Herbert Kelly sales agent. I was contacted by the store manager Cody Cox, in an effort to make things right with AutoNation Denton. We set up an appointment to visit the dealership I am hopeful that things will work out for the best. Thank you, Cody, for your efforts to cure the past experience. Hopefully I find what I am looking for and purchase it.

I have been an employee at an upscale luxury car dealership. Some experiences were good, some average, and some I would rather not discuss. Huffines Kia in Corinth, Texas takes the customer relationship to whole new level. From Kia Product Expert Bert Berlanga, Senior Sales Manager Gary Davis, and Finance Manager Ben Frazer the new car buying experience was the best I have ever experienced. Each person's knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go above and beyond were exemplary. It is obvious that the pre-eminent concern of this dealership is to place the customer's satisfaction as first priority. K so first off, I love Subarus. I grew up with Ford and had a little Honda for six years, and now I definitely drank the Subie Kool-Aid. I bought my first Subaru in Fort Worth- good experience. Had it serviced once at Subaru in Denton - not so good experience. Thankfully Five Star Subaru in Grapevine opened. I’m home!! Every time I bring my car in to use my awesome maintenance package oil changes and upkeep, I have a 10 on a 10 scale experience. Great people, great atmosphere, great service. Wild hair last month, I traded my Crosstrek in for a slick new WRX. Vic Alicea was my sales consultant. He was FUN, smart, real and super engaging. Vic did NOT push me, which I totally appreciate. In fact - He let me test drive this beautiful beast and then sent me away to think about it. Left me wanting more! Of course I came back - It’s a WRX. And I got an excellent price!!!! Brian Button was my money contract guy - again very smart, efficient, charming and not interested in games. Finishing up, Vic explained all the details of my car to me. Vic made sure I got the emails he already sent to me and made sure I knew how to contact someone for help if I needed it. As I was leaving (grinning ear to ear), the sales manager came out to personally ask me if I was happy. Very genuinely interested in my experience. This team is doing it right. P.S. Bright and clean with comfortable seating and refreshment options. My car was ready on time, sparkling clean inside and out. This dealership does a great job. I left impressed and satisfied. Our BMW X5 was just out of warranty and would in need some costly repairs. On the fly, my wife and I️ went to Sewell Subaru since we love the dealership. Unfortunately, where we are with our finances we needed our X5 paid off and a lower payment on the Subaru. We were headed towards leasing and this situation helped us. Will worked with our monthly figure and was super duper patient, helpful, fill up our gas and washed our car twice. He was super transparent and helpful in getting us comfortable. He was great to my daughters too. Special recognition for Michael the finance manager to getting my deal done. We leased a 2020 Ascent Touring and we love the SUV with so much more space for the 3rd row.
