Used 2024 Subaru Crosstrek for sale near Neenah, WI

There are many things to mention. To begin, I've been looking for for a vehicle, new or used, the last two months throughout eastern WI. Mine was totaled in an accident, so this wasn't an impulse purchase by any means. The car market is crazy, and not in a good way. I was greeted at the door, door opened, and referred to a sales person, Kara Homan. No exaggeration, I wasn't greeted at any dealership the last two months, but instead had to hunt people down to inquire about purchasing. I wanted to test drive a Chevy Spark and was in a car within 15 minutes. No sale was made at that time, wanting to visit a few more places. After pondering over dinner, I went back to Bergstrom Appleton to buy the vehicle. The final price was acceptable and Kara started the paperwork process. I think it took 30-45 minutes and done. A new Chevy Spark owner was born. Maybe I should have started with Bergstrom first and it wouldn't have taken two months! In addition, my vehicle was delivered to my home in my driveway 70 miles from the dealership. The drivers were very nice and professional. Overall, this was the best experience with buying a vehicle - ever.

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

I have been going to Bergstrom Subaru for the last 4 years. They have always given me exceptional service. But recently I want to call out for my Service Advisor Shane Nelson for exceptional service. I had a problem with my steering column controls and he worked with the mechanic to provide a solution. This was an example of going above and beyond to help a customer. Great job Shane and crew! I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

Over the last several years I have bought a used Mustang and a New truck from here. Both sales and service staff have never pushed me to buy anything other than what I was looking for or had scheduled. Sales and service communicate with Text, Email, or phone if you ask which is really nice during work etc. I am a bit younger and none of the other local Ram, Chevy, Toyota,Or Ford dealerships had sales staff that took me seriously enough to try to sell me a car.

Love my Subaru crosstrek bought new 2024 . Traded my Buick & made the right choice. Rides smoothly power drivers side seat love the Self starter that works from your phone great interior & other amenities! Really sharp looking & I chose white with black interior. I wanted a vehicle with a good safety rating and few, if any, recalls. Subaru was the only brand out there. I was able to find a vehicle with seats low enough for my handicapped husband to transition into, but still give me the all wheel drive and reliability I wanted. So far the gas mileage is great and though at first I wasn't keen on the stop and start feature at stoplights, I am realizing it will save me money and wear and tear on my engine in the long run. I am very happy with my purchase.

Bought my used Subaru from "Fuzzy Bill" in 2015. Went very well. Still have the car today with 185,000 miles on it (2005 Outback) - ready to buy newer car now.

My husband and I recently traded our Tahoe in for a pickup truck. We worked with Justin Brantmeier, and he made us feel like we were in a hometown dealership. As if he had known us his whole life. Took my 2023 Colorado in for module updates. Jared Nelson was my service manager, and everything went well. On the way back into the shop he said he will run my truck through the car wash a second time because he noticed there was still dirty spots. Great service from Jared as always.
