Great car at a good price does everything I need and more for the price it can’t be beat. First time I have had a Subaru.

This is the second purchase I made from Bob Waite. That should say it all. He provided me with the necessary information and let me make my own decisions. He was not pushy, he responded right away whenever I reach out to him with any questions. He found what I was looking for at a fair price. I was in and out of the dealer whiten 2 hours. These people do not play games for profit. Very fair!!!

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

Thanks a lot boch Honda for the repair on my Honda odyssey. Repair took a couple of hours and things going well so far. Will definitely go back for future service

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

Service was fast and appointment was easy to schedule.

I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

Much quicker than I expected. Great service. I trust them enough with the recommendations that the mechanics provide. Would go back for service and buying my next vehicle.

Buying a car from North end Subaru is like visiting with friends. This is our 3rd Subaru purchased there. They are always friendly, honest and trustworthy. Working with Mike Pinto, who sold us our first car was friendly and professional. Our salesman was Greg Nuorimo who sold us our second and third cars was patient, flexible. He makes you feel comfortable, he won’t pressure you, which is why he gets repeat customers. Mike Sparks in financing was incredibly helpful. Customer service and prices are hard to beat. came in for service and was immediately greeted by Sandra. She took down all my information to complete my request , gave me an estimated time of completion and offered me a ride if needed. Then went to wait in waiting area. Sandra text me to let me know if I anything was needed else needed to be done i could text her anytime.Met the service manager, Tyler, who came to me with a recommendation to have something else done which I like because I didn?t authorize this particular repair . He explained everything so i would understand, and made me feel comfortable with what needed to be done. Service was finished in reasonable time and the price was not shocking. Very happy with everyone and my experience and would highly recommend Ira Subaru to anyone.

Matt was wonderful to work with and was extremely helpful in the buying process! We were able to take the car out for a test drive and check out the car before purchasing. He even delivered my car right to my door step!!

I accidentally booked my oil change at the Mass location. The Manchester IRA honored my appointment. They were friendly. My oil change was fast and my car was returned clean.

Went in to look at a used car and they were quick to get me behind the wheel for a test drive, gave me a fair offer on my trade, and agreed to a deal within 30 minutes.

I've never been one to trust a car salesman but, that said, I've purchased several cars from North End Subaru over the years and 1. the process keeps getting easier and 2. I feel like I'm being treated fairly. Greg is always very helpful with finding me exactly the car I want and making the entire purchasing process smooth and pretty much effortless. They play fair with my trade-in and actually offered me more than I expected. Greg spent a good amount of time and went through the entire car with me at delivery showing me all of the many features.

We purchased a Subaru Legacy from Subaru of Keene. Our salesperson Rob Laflamme was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He listened to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions and matched us with the right car. Went in get a recall serviced and get my console looked at under warranty. The staff was AMAZING, incredibly nice and knowledgeable. My only complaint was due to a situation out of their control. They wanted to charge me $185 to update software in my console to see if that would fix my issue. This wasn't covered under my warranty, and seems like an awful corporate decision to me. Again I can't stress enough how great the service staff here was to work with
