I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.

I wasn?t going to give feedback, because I?m not sure it?s actually valued. But since I have been solicited three times now, including a phone call, here you go. I came in without an appointment, and received the service requested, in the time estimated, so the experience was satisfactory. I also spur or the moment, bought a part. The only negative, and unfortunately, I?ve given this feedback in the showroom before, I was able to walk around the showroom looking at the vehicles displayed, and no one said a word to me, not even a ?Hello?. I?m not sure why that happens, but it?s a pattern of behavior that I think will eventually out the business in jeopardy.

I love this car. I never thought I would want a Subaru, but I needed an all wheel drive, and this car drives smoothly and has all of the features I was looking for.

Very happy with my new Crosstrek. Enjoyable to drive. Handles well. The 2.5L, 182 HP motor has plenty of power. And the ride is smooth and comfortable. What’s not too like?

They had the car online and the staff had to find the new trade in, get it serviced and ready to go. They were there to answer my questions along that way and kept me up to date on the status of my new (to me) car. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Great service as usual. The customer service representative was very friendly and thoroughly explained the required repairs. I dropped off my car and it was ready in an hour or so.

They get me in quickly and have my car ready when I need it. The work is done right and at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had a 2:30pm appointment for an oil change and they called me around 2:00pm to say it was done.
