Honest, respectful, straightforward - Zero Stress

First off, this is not a professional, canned or solicited review. I am simply a very happy customer whose experience was so good, the best way to reciprocate was to post a review of thanks and kudos. Sean Johnson (Sales) and Trent Nichols (Internet Fleet Manager) both worked with me since I arrived on an extremely busy day. Otherwise I would have started and finished with Trent. He is very 'in-demand' and I can see why! Their partnership and handoff to assist me without making me wait was seamless and easy. They clearly were focused on providing the best customer experience possible. They were patient with my questions and any reticence when I had any concerns. Everything shared with me about numbers, features, my trade-in was totally transparent and straight forward. My deal 'start-to-finish' for a 2018 Outback was one of the easiest car deals I've ever been part of. You will not get cliche/old school car sales run arounds here. We've all experienced that and typically show up at a dealer in our armor, ready to do battle. That is not the case at Tucson Subaru. This is a first class, zero pressure dealership and not once was there any 'bait-and-switch' tactic. No surprise add ons, no mysterious number shuffling at the last minute. I am 60 years old and have done a lot of cars over the years. I cannot recommend Tucson Subaru more highly and I will gladly send friends or family to Trent or Sean anytime. This is the second car purchase I've made at at Tucson Subaru with my first being in 2015. My former sales rep from Tucson Subaru (Kevin) moved out of state hence working with Trent and Sean this time around. The experience was one of respect, kindness and transparency and clearly that is how they do business here. To be fully transparent, I researched elsewhere and I got some of the more familiar run around with everyone else. But that never happened at Tucson Subaru. I looked at a 2017 Honda CRV EX-L and it was simply outclassed by the 2018 Outback Limited. In closing, I love the new 2018 Outback Limited and feel I got a great deal, in my budget. I felt they went out of their way at the last minute to work some magic for me to make sure I was happy. I don't normally spend this much time writing a review after a purchase. It just seemed like the right thing to do. If you have any reservations, hesitations or fears of having to put your defenses up for old school car sales shuck-and-jive, you will NOT experience any of that at Tucson Subaru. All my former maintenance & service was done here. Even though they are across town, it has always been worth the drive. I cannot recommend the service department more highly as well. They have a free shuttle service to-and-from your home (or office) if you need to drop off your vehicle for service. The showroom/customer waiting area is super clean with lots of seating, free Wi-fi while you wait, Fresh cookies and "good" coffee too. Thanks Sean Johnson and Trent Nichols.
