I came in knowing that I wanted to buy a used Crosstrek. I originally came in to purchase a 2013 model with lots of miles, but got second thoughts after I test drove it. Shawn was very helpful, and showed me a newer model that rode a lot better. I was not pressured to make a day-of decision, and they didn't try to pressure me by phone afterwards. I ended up calling 4 days later to purchase the newer car.
Shawn was very friendly and made the process very straightforward. While Maguire will not negotiate down the sticker price of used cars, I got a good deal on the warranty. I was expecting that I'd have to go to Syracuse or Rochester to find a good deal, but I ended up getting a good deal here in Ithaca.
I purchased my 2017 Subaru Legacy from Secor Automotive last year simply based on the 30 years of honest and reliable service I'd received for my Saabs. It's a wonderful thing to have trust in a service department! During my most recent appointment my service manager, Jay Fulton, explained that a post card I received a few weeks ago stating my factory warranty was about to expire was a scam. Apparently that happens frequently but it was news to me. Nice to know >

Service was top notch and really organized. Staff was accommodating to my ongoing list of questions and put all my concerns to rest. I've been visiting the other dealership in Austin but not anymore. This is my Go-To shop from here on out. Can't believe I hadn't stopped in earlier!!!
The salesman - Kennedy Christopher Did a very good job in getting me set up in my vehicle- even staying 2 hours after closing time to do so. He is dedicated and kind to the customer and he works hard to make sure the customer has everything they need in thier vehicle.

Today I purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan, this is the 16th new Nissan I???ve purchased from Lynne???s since 1995 and have never had anything but a pleasant experience there. I currently have three of their cars in my driveway. Many friends and family members on my recommendation have purchased vehicles both new and pre-owned and have never received any negative feedback from any of them. My salesman was Michael Mais and was also helped by General Sales Manager Jay Cheek, both couldn???t have been nicer or more helpful. Prior to my first purchase many years ago I had also gone to another Nissan dealership to comparison shop, after buying that 1995 pickup from Lynne???s I have never entertained going anywhere else or cross checking the price. We also plan to buy another Rogue there when the 2019 models come out.
