A friend bought the Crosstrek sport 2 years ago. After riding in her car and knowing what a satisfied customer she's been, I decided to do a little research myself, reading reviews, comparing to other vehicles in the same class and finally, taking a Crosstrek for a test drive. I've now been driving my Crosstrek for about 6 weeks and I'm delighted with every aspect.

I have an 3,000 miles on my new basic 2024 Outback. (My only add on was a rock chip protection.). I drove from North Utah across Wyoming to Colorado Spring & learned that my vehicle has plenty of power without a turbo. It ran true and handled efficiently at the speed limit of 80 miles per hour. I added a Cargo cover (as insisted by my lady to hide valuables from prying eyes in our parking garage). One comfort problem discovered the absence of a car charger for a passenger up front. A 2nd missed item on my basic 2024 Outback are the smaller visors (The Sun in my eyes was difficult to block.). I notice road noise which interferes with my hearing conversations from my console. I am not sure if Subaru insulates the “loaded” models better? My trip took me to Galveston where We parked in a hotel long term parking for a week long Cruise. Getting to know the car this way… the driving back thru I 45 & I 35 to Waco & Dallas had me wishing I had negotiated for a few more creature comforts than the basic model provides.

I?ve never taken my car anywhere except Irvine Subaru. The service team are always helpful, friendly, and professional. Quality work at reasonable prices.

My first Subaru, My opinion is the 2.5 DOHC lacks the power to move this vehicle. The auto start/stop feature is slow to respond and take off thus almost causing me accidents. Today’s markets have smaller engines with a turbo that give better mileage and horsepower.

Excellent job for regular maintenance of my car. The service desk knew exactly what was needed and explain the nature and time frame. I was asked if I would like a complimentary car wash which was great. In the past I did not know if this was standard. It was nice to be asked.

I worked with Brandon Baucom in their service department as my 2018 Subaru Forester’s Eyesight system went out. He was very helpful and made sure that I got as much assistance as possible to not only get the parts ordered but he also had timely follow up. After I had been in contact with Corporate, he took over coordinating my unique situation. Great customer service and friendly attitude. Timmons Subaru is a great dealership! I bought my Forester Sport in July 2022 and just had its 6 month service in January. Every time I walk into Timmons I walk out extremely satisfied. Jeff Sollee helped me place the order for my Forester in April 2022 and kept me updated on the progress of my car even calling me with the good news that it was ready 2 months earlier than it?s originally ETA. The 6 month service was smooth and easy. I left my car there while I went exploring Long Beach and they called me once it was ready, even washed my car for me. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking into buying a Subaru to go to Timmons in Long Beach. You won?t be disappointed! And make sure to ask for Jeff!!
