My technician, Sarah, was very accommodating, and I received excellent customer service. She is very responsive to my requests and never pushes unnecessary work other than what I'm concerned with or pertinent work that needs to be done.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

2023 Subaru Outback Limited XT. A great station wagon (it’s not really a SUV). Comfortable leather seats, smooth ride and extremely quick with the turbo. If you don’t need seating for eight, you have no need for the Ascent. Same engine and cargo capacity and ground clearance, lower to the ground, faster, better handling and several thousand dollars cheaper. Standard all wheel drive. Full safety suite. 11.6” infotainment system is really closer to 8” as the climate control takes the additional 3.6”. The Harmon Kardon sound system will blow your doors off. Good in car navigation. Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Hands free tailgate. 0-60 in 5.8 on regular gas. Standard roof rails. Even has heated outboard rear seats. If you’re considering a midsize or smaller SUV you owe it to yourself to drive this first.

We had bought a truck from Sheehy previously and had a positive experience . So we decided to go back for a new car. The experience was tremendous Everybody was relaxed , no pressure . They listen to all concerns and ideas we had. We ended up purchasing a 2025 Roque and are extremely pleased with it. Aaron our sales rep was awesome, as was the sales manager.

We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

My third Subaru so I would say I am nerdy happy with dealership and service team. Always attentive to customer and the follow up by staff is great!

Car has an excellent ride. It is quiet. The comfort, interior quality is very good including leather seats. Fit and finish is very good. I enjoy the quality.

I was very happy with my experience purchasing a new car at Auto Nation. My salesman worked very hard to get me the color vehicle I wanted including driving car from another state. Even gave me a ride to the dealership so I didn?t need to ask a friend for a ride. I would definitely return here to buy my next Subaru.

The Touring XT has all the bells and whistles of a luxury SUV for a lower price point. The extra turbo thrust is impressive! It has a very comfortable ride for long trips.

We bought a used Kia Soul and so far it's great. We are only a couple days out but so far it's a really nice car and the buying process was very good. Barry, our sales rep was amazing. Without his experience, patience, guidance and all around good nature and expertise this would have been a vastly different experience. He made a tedious process enjoyable and I'm grateful for his help.

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

I was randomly shopping around for an oil change service in the area and called this dealership’s service department. I was hesitant as I don’t have a Ford/Lincoln but the website stated it services all makes and models. Spoke with person in their quicklane department and he seemed hesitant but said “yes” they could service the vehicle. Received reasonable price quote however oil change services are only done on a “first come first serve basis” and they don’t allow for appointments. Unfortunately my schedule doesn’t allow me to be dependent on a shop that I can’t make an appointment and it would have been an inconvenience work and schedule wise for me to get the work done there. I did call another time for a sales question and inquiry and their salesperson Jess was very friendly and accommodating. Inventory that they show online seemed to be accurate and in stock on their lot!

I have an 3,000 miles on my new basic 2024 Outback. (My only add on was a rock chip protection.). I drove from North Utah across Wyoming to Colorado Spring & learned that my vehicle has plenty of power without a turbo. It ran true and handled efficiently at the speed limit of 80 miles per hour. I added a Cargo cover (as insisted by my lady to hide valuables from prying eyes in our parking garage). One comfort problem discovered the absence of a car charger for a passenger up front. A 2nd missed item on my basic 2024 Outback are the smaller visors (The Sun in my eyes was difficult to block.). I notice road noise which interferes with my hearing conversations from my console. I am not sure if Subaru insulates the “loaded” models better? My trip took me to Galveston where We parked in a hotel long term parking for a week long Cruise. Getting to know the car this way… the driving back thru I 45 & I 35 to Waco & Dallas had me wishing I had negotiated for a few more creature comforts than the basic model provides.

This dealership was amazing to work with on leasing my Crosstrek. Alexis was my sales person and she was incredible! She remembered little details from our first contact (a suitcase fitting in trunk) and never forgot my preferences and bottom line budget number. The entire staffed worked with me to get my deal down to what I could afford. Even though it was the end of the month and a holiday weekend, I never felt like a number to them. The finance professional, Greg, took the time to make sure I understood all details of the contract, did not try to upsale me on things I wouldn’t need and answered ALL my questions without talking down to me or making me feel stupid for not knowing on my own. As a single woman shopping for a car on my own, trust is important to me and respect. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or was not getting the attention I deserved. The follow-up AFTER the deal was done was also incredible. I received welcome emails and calls, I was offered a free service call just to go over all the features of the vehicle, I was treated to a free car wash when my new tags came in and they were placed on the car for me as well! I was able to personally communicate with the general manager, Michael, when a piece of scam mail came to me looking like official Subaru program and was guided by him on how to handle. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and treated me with dignity and respect. The refreshments were delicious, the bathrooms were clean and the entire atmosphere of the dealership was welcoming and friendly! This is the place to buy a Subaru if you are in Maryland!

I bought my 2015 3.6 Limited Outback in 2019. Had 59,000 mi on it. I have driven it 100,000 mi with a small amount of maintenance. Just replaced HID HEADLIGHT BULB…$300. Ouch! After sliding sideways down interstate in my full size van, I decided to research AWD and pick. I am so happy with my Outback, it performs so well in ice and snow. I like to go out and test its ability. At least I know what it will do on bad roads. 160,000 mi and drives like a new one. New tires are always a good help for wheels on pavement.

Every time I go to Jerry’s, my experience has been great. I’ve had my Camry almost 3 years and have NO problems with it! I love the free washes and the warranty where servicing has been free! The only thing I don’t like is when I’m there, my name comes up on the computer, so my salesman asks if I’m ready to upgrade to a newer model.

My first Subaru, My opinion is the 2.5 DOHC lacks the power to move this vehicle. The auto start/stop feature is slow to respond and take off thus almost causing me accidents. Today’s markets have smaller engines with a turbo that give better mileage and horsepower.

Today we purchased a 2025 KIA K5 GT-Line AWD. We drove 60+ miles from Pennsylvania. It was definitely worth the drive. Earlier in the week we tried to purchase the same vehicle at a dealer closer to our location. That didn’t go very well. So I contacted This dealership from the Cars.com app. I was contacted by Erik and within about 30 minutes we had a deal. No xx no ridiculous sales pitches. Just straight forward sales. Sunny was also involved in this deal and was also great to deal with. We picked the car up this morning and drove it home. What a great experience we had at this dealership. I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

I like mostly everything about my2021 Outback Limited XT. I hate the navigation system or the infotainment system as it is called. I have had it to the dealership 4 times in 3 years because the system is not compatible with my iPhone. Taking it in next week for a new radio. The navigation system stops working just when you need it most. Sometimes it flashes "Stay Alert" when you are looking straight ahead but if you turn the car off and restart, it goes away. Too bad Subaru doesn't make their own radio systems.

Everyone at Jones Hyundai was very professional and attentive.My salesman Charles was very good and made me feel at ease , and was very good at explaining all the features of my new vehicle.

Jones did everything from registration to tags and new license plates. And I was able to drive home in my new vehicle that same-day. Salesman Wayne, took me over to Enterprise to return my rental at 4:30 before they closed. They towed my old car from its location to them next day. I have a 1/3 mile driveway that climbs 400 feet from the street to my house. The Outback with good winter tires (I use Bridgestone Blizzaks) climbs this driveway with 10" of fresh snow on it like a mountain goat. And it's far better as a daily driver on summer days than anything else which would make that climb (4x4 pickup or a Jeep). 85K miles in six years and it's only been in the shop twice, once for a couple of recalls and once for a stuck power tailgate. One day and out both times. Only two gripes. With the 6 cyl mill the gas mileage is dismal, and the seats are too short for good thigh support (I believe they have improved the seats in the newer models)

Slower than molasses in January if you don't get the turbo. But a reliable wagon that's absolutely awesome for parents. Plus, you can make up for the lack of speed by just running over stuff thanks to the ground clearance.
