My utmost satisfaction with the service dept.

I recently purchased a new 2016 Ram 3500 Diesel out-of-state with 26 miles on it. Upon receiving the truck, it had a serious and annoying windnoise issue coming from the HVAC unit. Internet research revealed other Ram owners with the same issue and their struggles for a remedy, which usually involved an improper aligned recirculation door or bad HVAC unit . I took it to AutoNation Chrysler Pembroke Pines where I reside with a bit of apprenhension, fearing I would be dismissed with a "I don't hear anything" or "there's nothing we can do"response, whixh are both unacceptable. My apprehension was short lived after my first contact with the service Rep Juan Guerra. Juan was surprised that I was in for service at a mere 1500 miles. He listened to my complaint and took a personal interest in my truck's issue. Juan took my truck out for a drive and heard the sound for himself. He researched the problem and then recommended the HVAC unit be replaced. Within 3 weeks of my initial appearance (factoring in the Thanksgiving holiday, parts ordering, and scheduling) the part was installed and my truck fixed in a record 2 days!! Juan also got me a loaner for my inconvenience!! The truck is now "new" as it should have been from the beginning. Kudos to Juan for his customer care, attention to detail, and follow through. He is straight forward and caring. The staff at AutoNation Chrysler Pembroke Pines have a true gem on hand with Juan Guerra and others should emulate his work ethic and resolve.
