Best car buying experience: Redux

We just participated in our second amazingly wonderful car buying experience at Heartland Toyota. We again had the benefit of working with Rabar Ali as well as Jordan Carson with whom we initially met earlier in the week. We arrived on a very busy day. Despite our having an appointment, both men were engaged with walk-in customers. However, we were not ignored. They arranged for us to have a beverage and they stopped by frequently to let us know that we were still very much in the forefront of their minds. They made every effort to provide for our comfort and to keep us updated on their efforts to meet with us. In fact, Rabar remembered us from our last car purchase. Thqt's pretty amazing when you think about how many people he must meet every month. In the interim, they arranged for Jolene to survey our trade in. She too was a delight to work with. Both our experiences at Heartland Toyota have been characterized by no presssure professionalism and a genuine effort at listening to and meet our needs and wants. In fact, Jordan, drawing upon his experience as a banker, was able to show us a way to enhance our buying power and lower our payments. Rabar, like before was a dynamo of activity and helpfulness. He acted as our advocate and worked assiduously to get us a payment that fit our rather rigid budgetary requirements. When was the last time you met car sales people who thought less about their personal gain than they did about quality service, integrity, and customer satisfaction? Rabar and Jordan were a pleasure to work with. When they are working with you, you are their sole focus. Because of their consumate professionalism, we never felt like were "just a potential sale" or that any of our questions or requests for options and information were a burden to them. We HATED buying cars before going to Heartland Toyota. We always interposed a credit union or buying service as an intermediary because of our dislike for "car salesmen" in the past. Working with Rabar twice and Jordan once has changed that. It is a pleasure to have such assistance and support when making a major purchase. Well done gentlemen! Well done Heartland Toyota!
