Criswell Audi (Pre-Owned) provides an ownership experience

In my experience with Criswell Audi Pre-Owned, and their Sales Manager Alan Hannon and Salesperson Al Mayas, provides an overall ownership rather making the customer feel they are just selling cars. Alan and Al operated as a team to work through selecting the right pre-owned Audi within our requirements, desires, and budget. If my salesperson, Al Mayas, was not immediately available I was given Alan Hannon's direct number to discuss any questions I had prior to the sale. When it came time to finalize the sales transaction Al ensured it would go as quickly as possible upon my arrival at the dealership by having the car cleaned and prepped, the paperwork ready, and having arranged with Finance to get everything processed. Then, Al spent as much time as I wanted going over all functions of the car (including all menus in the MMI, setting up the cell phone and directory, and getting the Sat Radio activated). Al followed up the next day to check on things, had the dealership call again within the first week, and then called a few weeks later to ensure all was still going well. A month later I stopped in the dealership and Alan Hannon asked again how things are going, and did I need any additional "tutorials" on the car functions within the MMI; and actually wanted to check the menu settings to make sure it really was set-up the way I wanted it to be. I bought a 2013 A5 Quattro, but the level of customer service and desire to ensure I was having a true ownership experience is usually reserved at other dealerships I have experienced on newer, more expensive vehicles. So, this is why I'm happy and consider Criswell to be providing an overall ownership experience.
