Needed a car for our daughter and ended up more than hour away from home. Couldn't have had a better buying experience. We didn't purchase a Rover or a Jag and were still treated as if we were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. No wonder the place is always busy. The next time we're in the market, we will definitely be back. Well worth the drive. Thanks guys!
I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima. I was greeted by a friendly sales person named Darrin Griffin AKA Griff. Mr. Griffin was very knowledgeable and affable. I explained to him my reason for purchasing a new vehicle and some of my concerns. I plan on working with Uber shortly) There was a discrepancy regarding the availability of a warranty. Mr. Griffin expeditiously resolved the issue and had me in and out of the building in a very short period of time. I would definitely recommend Jaguar Land Rover of Annapolis since my experience was very pleasurable. Griff would receive five stars.

I have had many GREAT experiences with the FIAT dealership and its excellent customer service. I recently purchased a FIAT 500L!!! I purchased my vehicle from the FIAT dealership in Annapolis, MD. The salesperson Karla Paine and Travis made my car buying experience personable and relaxing. I came into the dealership three times to car shop and each time Karla treated me with the same helpful and personable personality as the last. I never felt pressured to buy! I was able to purchase my dream car and ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY FIAT 500L!!!!!!!! I also sent my little brother to the service department of the dealership to get an oil change about a month after I had my FIAT 500L. Instead of simply changing my oil, the service department called me and told me that I did not need an oil change yet and they didn't want me to waste my money getting one before the time that I needed it. OVERALL FANTASTIC DEALERSHIP!
When our old car was totaled we needed to buy a new one quickly. We wanted something similar to what we had already in size and cost and were thrilled to find Karla and Marie at Johnson's Fiat. Karla introduced us to the Fiat 500, showed us several optional models, took us for a test drive, and explained its many features in a very friendly manner. The Fiat 500 definitely met our needs and expectations and these two ladies made it seamless for us. When Karla had to leave for Mexico, Marie took over and could not have been more gracious. We had not bought a new car in 11 years and past automobile purchases were often tedious processes and not so much fun. Not so with Karla and Marie. Their friendly, non-pressure approach was most appreciated and a good sign of change in the auto sales profession of the past. They answered our many questions and got us into just the right car. Johnson's Fiat dealership is well-run, has a spotless showroom, convenient location, a large inventory of cars, and very focused management.
Met a sales rep named Marie. Wonderful personality and very helpful in our purchase. Marie took the time to take us on several test drives and found the car we were looking for. The dealership had great prices and was very friendly. It did not take long to purchase a car. Also they are very convenient to get to. Marie was great.
This dealership is a great place to purchase a Fiat or have it serviced. The staff are super friendly and great to work with. Mike Moser in the Services department is great to work with when you need to have your car worked on.
Love the youth, energy and fairness of the dealership. Love the cars, and the showroom'dealership has finished its renovations, so it looks first rate. My 500L and My 500cPop have for the most part been bullet proof, but the service department always goes out of its way to fix even the most minor complaint and they're timely about it. If the chip needs to be flashed or upgraded, you get a call from the service manager, not a post card. Buying is a straight up, straight forward proposition. No bad hair pieces or comb-overs.
My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
I have never felt more comfortable with a service department and dealer. At the beginning of November my 10 year old/200k mile Honda started have major issues. I was able to get the car in right away and get a rental so I was not stranded. The communication from Fitz to me was amazing. I felt extremely knowledgeable of what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix my Fit. After a couple of days myself and my husband decided we were just going to get him a new car. I had my eye on a used car however the dealer was able to do some digging and recommend a far better car within my budget. The buying process was so incredibly easy. We were in and out in an hour (which was good because I had my kid with me.) My husband and myself love our new car and could not be any more thankful for the technicians and dealer that worked with us.
Jordan is a personable and honest salesman who I would return to in a moment next time I need a car. Great experience overall. Always a little pressure from sales manager and closing to buy into every little thing they offer, but nothing you can't say "no" to if it's not for you.
Excellent customer service, attention to customer goals, and fast and efficient process of purchase! Smooth and enjoyable experience overall. This is second vehicle purchased from Subaru Annapolis and both experiences were excellent.
