The only issue I have with this car is the outdated tech. It did not come with car play. In addition, the cost to upgrade the GPS, is ridiculous. In all other areas, the car is outstanding.

I have owned 25-30 different vehicles in my life including 10 Toyota or Lexus vehicles since 1978. The latest have been 2 Camry hybrids and 2 Avalon hybrids. Quite simply, my 2020 Avalon Limited hybrid is the finest luxury automobile I have ever owned. My 2015 Avalon was the 2nd finest... LOL. The car is quiet, smooth, comfortable, unbelievably reliable, and gets 44-46 MPG for me in normal weather conditions.

I just purchased a new 2024 Outback at Walser. This is my third Subaru (great vehicles). I have been purchasing cars for 50 years now and this was the best sales experience that I have ever had at a car dealership. A big shout out to Account Executive, Anthony Johnson, and the rest of the crew at Walser for making this such a no hassle sales process. Well deserving of 5 stars.

The car is a smooth ride and is very nice to drive. I have zero complaints about the exterior or interior. This is a great car

Pros: The Avalon Limited is beautiful, outside and in. Gorgeous two-tone leather and wood on the inside, elegant trim on the outside. The car is no slouch on power, though it's a hybrid. Cons: Wish the glove box and center console compartment had more room. The car automatically pulls the seat back to enter and exit the car...problem is, I can barely reach the brake pedal, which must be pressed to turn the car on.

Finally you got one, it had a few extra bells and whistles but I love them.  And yeah I said I wanted Underground and this was my 2nd choice with Cutting Edge... but when I came into the lot and saw my 4 Runner, I knew it was mine sitting there....I thought .. Wow! Then I went inside and saw the Underground Trailhunter. I had a sudden change of heart, Cutting Edge was the one, it just pops against that black trim. I'm loving the new 4 Runner as I drive it and learn it each day. Unfortunately you weren't there when I came in, but your hand off to Cassidy was amazing. She was great taking me through the buying process along with Dario helping on the financial end. This is a great automobile! Very quiet. I frequently when headed along quiet streets feel like i am gliding along - no noise, smooth ride. I have driven mine a bit over 100,000 miles and have not had any issues with the battery. I am still using the original brake linings. Great car. I figure that it will be my last. I believe that it will last for 300,000 miles and that at that point, I will go to a phone app and request a driverless car that will come to my door, pick me up, take me to my destination, then go to the next request in line.

I have the 2021 XSE Nightshade edition. Runs super smooth and great for long trips. Bought it new and have had no issues only compliments from other Toyota owners. This car will probably outlast me. Gas mileage is awesome. Less power but that’s what you sacrifice when getting the hybrid so it’s worth the trade off.

My husband and I recently visited Ferguson Subaru and purchased a 2025 Subaru Touring. We love it, this is probably our 6th Subaru. The outbacks drive so well . Our touring is loaded with so many nice features. We were set up with Zane to explain all of the functions. Our salesman Juvi was great , with several outbacks to choose from. I like this car for the most part. It has a very quiet and comfortable ride and handles very smooth. The only downside is that the mileage is not what It was advertised. While it says 38-39 mpg it only is getting 34-35. Not a big difference but noticeable.

Overall great and efficient purchasing experience. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. This is my second purchase from this dealership. Love my car!

I have owned the 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid for 10 years and it is extremely reliable. I have 120k miles on the car. No major problems outside of replacing the front and rear brakes. The most I do is change the oil and filters as needed. I recently drove 550 miles on one gas tank in the winter! The worst thing about the car is the suspension. It does not have a cushy, soft ride over bumps. I spent money replacing the suspension with the 2016 Avalon Hybrid suspension to soften the ride, somewhat. It could be better. Also it cannot do tight turns and sometimes feels boaty around turns. But these are minor problems because I never have to take it to the shop for anything besides maintenance.

Best car I've ever owned. Drives and handles beautifully, ride is spectacular. Interior wonderfully comfortable. Mileage great, I'm averaging about 42mpg. My only wish would be for a little better acceleration. Adequate certainly, but against the gas version, somewhat weaker. For the money, I don't believe you can find a better luxury sedan.

I made only one mistake during my purchase process, and that was requesting a final numbers layout before I signed the paperwork. I came out paying more than what I should have. It is what it is! As for the woman who was trying to sell us packages to add on. We almost bought a package that would cost us 800. It was already on the car. Did not appreciate that! Dave Redick was next. Some of our paper work does not match up so we will need to go back. The woman rep that he talked to didn’t even apologize. Like it was no big deal to drive back and have our paper work corrected. My husband is very ill and it is a challenging to go back to the dealership. Again Steve was great!

This is my third Avalon. I paid $1,200 & tax more and purchased the Hybrid for the 43 MPG City & Highway. Very disappointed I am getting 30% less.fuel mileage. My dealer told me the car is fine, the 43 MPG is an estimated number and the mileage is less during winter. I didn’t pay $1,200 more for an estimated MPG and the heated steering wheel and auto start lowers the MPG by 30%? We will see that happens in the spring

We were looking to replace my wife’s vehicle and went to a couple of different places looking for a vehicle. Schrier was the only dealership we went to that actually addressed her about a vehicle (it was for her after all). While they did not have a vehicle on the lot that met our needs, they spent several days looking for one and communicating with us about options. After a few days they found something that they could get from out of state that looked good on paper, but would take several days to get on-site. Our sales person (Stewart), did a great job of communicating with us and providing timely updates. The vehicle was delivered to them, but there was a discrepancy on what they had been told (and told us) and what was delivered. We were able to discuss and in the end made a deal that we believe was fair. Chuck (sales manager) and Stewart were both very personable and never felt pressured to buy something we did not want. In fact, they said they would rather not make a sale than have us be unhappy with a vehicle or the process. In summary, we believe we were treated well, communicated to well, had a fair negotiation, and were delivered an excellent vehicle. We will absolutely check with Schrier again when we are ready for our next vehicle.
