I came for regular service/oil change before a planned roadtrip. Blake said they'd have me finished up in about 90 minutes (I opted to wait and read the paper rather than take a loaner). During service, it was recommended that tires (26K+ miles) would soon need attention (photos were sent via text). Blake let me know they had them in stock and could take care of replacing all four immediately. Googled price comparisons really quick and opted to have done then and there. Took an extra hour or so, I enjoyed a snack and my freshly washed and vacuumed car was ready to go. Easy morning.

Sabrina was a dream to work with! I had to wait for my insurance check from an accident to pay off my previous loan and she was very patient waiting until that happened. I gave her a deposit for the vehicle that I wanted close contact with me regarding the purchase of my new vehicle. She was friendly, sweet on the phone, and even better when I met her in person! AS in the past in the waiting area room, there was NOT plenty of coffee ready for pouring, when I arrived, and also there was hardly any cold water bottles as ware previously plenty available. Also, I had to wait for over 4 hours without any updates on service and prediction of finish time. There was a staff member in there making PLENTY of noise with his trash cart, often. The representative (Ricky) that I dealt with was efficient in preparing the completion bill and helpfully arranging the location of my car for pickup.
