Paul Gifford, Cody, and Shawna Coyle, are absolutely the best at what they do. Great work ethics, personable, great understanding of his customers needs, and great situational awareness. Made the mistake of buying two . 2017, 2016. Both been to dealer so many times we count. Have to wait for weeks to get them in for appointment. Only dealer in Edmonton. 2016 front wheels bearing replace, trammison valve Body replacement, two injectors replace, engine codes , water in taillights replacement two times. Still have bad transmission lag. The car making a turn it start rolling then nothing for three to five seconds like it is in neutral . It get worse in colder weather. It only has 16000 kms on it. 2017 battery replace. It was at dealer three time for the Electrical problem . Six months to diagnose the battery replacement. Roof trim coming off. The nav system died had to go in for up date. They gave me a new Jaguar for a loaner for two weeks it had electricity problems with it when I had it radio stop working😂😂. The are every costly to service . Oil change around $600.00.First year $900.00 the second they need to change brake fluid. 9000 Km on the 2017

Very poor build quality

I have owned a used 2012 Juke 1.5dsl for 18 months. The cars build quality is poor all round. The upholstery is particularly bad, the drivers seat showing more wear than my wife's 2006 ford fiesta. The alloy wheel finish is poor showing signs of corrosion in the wheel nut recesses. The car drives very well and has a good torque, looks good, but finish is a let down.
The buyer process went very smoothly. The salesman was helpful, honest, and not pushy. Not adversarial when negotiating. Paperwork went relatively quickly. I would recommend and buy from this dealership.

This car meets all my standards & beats my expectations. I've never owned a car with as many bells & whistles as my 2016 Ford Focus. I have a family of 5 and I thought at first it might be to small bc our family is tall & big boned height ranges from 5'11" to 4' tall. We're all very comfortable together in the car. It has so many bells & whistles I'm still figuring everything out the car has to offer lol. It is a very reliable car, great on miles, great on gas I filled up for $17 I was so excited about that. I'm very happy with the car and everything it has to offer.
I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and not only is it a wonderful car but the entire experience from when I started looking on line until I drove off the load was the smoothest car buying experience ever. I will definitely refer everyone I know to this dealership!

This 3 door hatch is a fun little turbo car, though the handling doesn't match up against other hatches such as the GTI you can pick up a veloster rally for a couple thousand less
I recently purchased a used Hyundai Santa Fe and bought it at Stevenson . I have always been happy with their service department and their manager Steve. Now, I am very happy with their sales department. I had a very positive experience buying a used car there. The staff at Stevinson is top notch in providing great customer service. For this reason I am a happy repeat customer .

Diesel engine is strong and dependable. Question the reliability of the electronics. The blind spot function is first generation and not reliable and useless. Basically a dependable engine but other components will give me the ultimate answer in time. This car is too expensive to purchase and to upkeep.
Perfect and fun experience. No hassle, Andrew is very relaxed, confident, entertaining and honest. This was our second time working with him an d the third we will go back to him.

The R line trim is so stylish and all the customizations through the car are amazing. It's going to take me a month to go through everything.
Tynan' s VW service is always good. They are thorough, explain everything they are doing or are going to do, and usually get you in and out for an oil change in an hour. They are very professional and polite.

Found this particular model (R-line w/lighting package))with 16,500 miles on it. Bought it 4 months ago, put 2,500 miles on it with road trip to Florida...no issues (and upper 30's on mpg highway)5, 000 miles overall. Ride and comfort good, lots of storage/leg room, technology excellent (had 2009 Jetta prior), and many comments on good looks. Still have year to go on warranty, don't expect any issues.

I've had EVERY service and repair that my 2001 Beetle required performed at Tynan's. The vehicle has 94K miles on it and runs perfectly. Some of my friends have suggested other places, less expensive, to have the work done but I expect excellent service and I know that excellent service is and always has been what I will get from this dealership. The quality of the service I have experienced is without a doubt dependent on the people who work at Tynan's. Tom Tran, service advisor, is my choice when my Beetle requires maintenance or service. Tom's knowledge of the Volkswagen product amazing, he is patient when I don't understand what my car needs, and contacts me when something unexpected arises during the repair or maintenance procedures occurs. I purchased this 2016 TDI LUX T-REG ’new’ with emissions update in September of ’18 after researching and looking for nearly a year. At nearly 22% off of the MSRP and with 1,000 miles on it, I’d say I got a deal. This is authentic VW engineering, including that unique and comforting ’thud’ you hear when the door closes. I am a brand junkie for VW, having previously owned a VR6 Passat and a VR6 CC. I veered off to a Volvo but am now ecstatically returned to my favorite driving machine. This thing is a tank, and while the horsepower may not seem as compelling compared to other vehicles, it is the torque that makes the huge and most important difference. As a friend said once, ’horsepower sells cars, torque wins races’.
This was fantastic experience. I reviewed the car online and called ahead before I got there. When I arrived, I was greeted by Lorrie. They already had the car pulled up outside. Lorrie was able to answer all of my questions and was very nice. The staff were all very friendly too. Lorrie worked to get the cost to align with my budget. I have contacted her with additional questions after the purchase and she followed-up once she got the answers. I am so gl as d I went to Tynan's! Thanks Lorrie!

This car has exceeded my expectations. Ride is nice, very comfortable. Love the heated seats. Blind spot warning system is great when changing lans. Very good on gas. Stereo and navigation system is awesome and definitely comes in handy on trips. Lots of trunk space.
Anastasia was wonderful to work with. She listened well, she was patient and was very obliging. Nice to see a female representative in the showroom!

Great overall vehicle. Good off-road capabilities. Manual transmission is extremely responsive and reliable. Surprisingly good gas mileage. Spacious cargo compartment. Plenty luxury options. Good sound system.
Whether I am stopping by to pick up an accessory or window shopping the current inventory of Porsches with either of my sons, Ezzy always take the time to visit and make us feel welcome. It took a number of years between the time I bought my first Boxster from him until the most recent purchase but he has always treated us with the highest level of professionalism possible.

Excellent driving and looking car. Plenty of complements on how the car looks and rides. Have had 2 somewhat serious service issues. First, at 1K miles, electrical system went berserk, spent 3 weeks at the dealer with no actual repair performed. Have driven the car 12K miles since without another occurrence. 2nd, turbocharger became increasingly noisy around the 10K mile service. Dealer replaced the turbo under warranty. Overall, I would compare the build quality to other European makes that I have owned. Dealership experience varies, so do your homework.
I traveled from out of town to the Denver area on two separate trips looking to buy a Porsche 911T. I called to make an appointment and Sean Colony was assigned as my sales rep. Sean spent a lot of time with me and gave me more than adequate time to test drive a few different 911s. Being from out of town, we were conveniently able to do most of the negotiating over the phone and through text. My impression was that he advocated to get the best deal for me. In the end I did get a good price and placed an order for a 911T with Stevinson's. Having worked with other Porsche dealerships, I know that some, unfortunately, do not always live up to the high quality you expect from Porsche. Overall my experience at Stevinson's was a very positive experience and they have earned my future business. Ask for Sean if you want the service that you expect from the Porsche brand.
