As always Eddie Alameda takes care of not only my car but me also. He greets me with a big hello and smile and knows instantly why I am bringing my car in for servicing which means he has already reviewed his docket for the day. He sends me texts during the servicing process to let me know if there are other slissues with my car that i may not be aware of. When done with servicing my car he will seek me out, lets me know that my service is complete and reminds me of any issues he msy have found and give me a priority list. Eddie is the best service advisor I have ever had.

This is the only dealership I plan to continue business with. Every time we have gone back it has been a wonderful experience! Michael was our sales rep and Jeff was, again, the finance rep that assisted with everything else. Both were so cool and personable. Not my first rodeo with Jeff...he's always been great with us. Berge Toyota is the only place to go for a Toyota. We purchased 4Runner from Richard and Patrick a while ago and needed another car so the obvious choice was to head to Berge Toyota again. We were treated like family and everyone was super welcoming. Initially they didn’t have what we were looking for but kept looking for us until we found the right Camry. We knew what we wanted and they listened to us, they didn’t try to upsell us and stuck to the budget. We worked with Matt and Patrick and they were wonderful. Isaac was great to work with. He made the whole process smooth, and when the car I originally emailed him about had sold, he suggested a similar vehicle that was an even better deal. I had a slight hiccup regarding my financing but he found a solution. I love my new-to-me Corolla and heartily recommend Right Toyota and Isaac in particular!
