I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

Went in for an oil change. No problems. Lots of paper documentation at the end of the process which was different from my experiences at other oil change places.

2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax

I went to this dealership, me and my wife, as we went in we were greeted by Alex a sales man. H was unbelievable nice and polite, and no hassel at all, he was so open and offered solutions to my financial needs. If you want to buya car go to this dealer and asked for Alex. The reason I didn't give five stars, is because the sales management made some mistakes with paperwork.

I got the LE but everything still feels high quality and stylish, little expensive like everything these days but still very happy with my car.

I like my 2025 Camry S.E.. I think it is a nearly perfect car, except for the price of the car, which was too much. I paid nearly $36,000 for this car, but I feel this car's value is closer to $22,000. All cars/trucks are severely overpriced. The quality of the car is outstanding, the ride is taut and sporty, acceleration is more than adequate. The dealer experience was nearly traumatic! It sickens me that Toyota sales-managers can lie so easily and advertise falsely without having to spend some time in jail in an attempt to rip-off consumers!

I came in for routine maintenance on my vehicle. I was greeted quickly and efficiently. Service was done in a timely manner.

I’ve owned an 03 Mustang Gt w/ a soft top The only reason I mention that is because I loved that car for the feeling I had while driving it. I get that same feeling with this car, but don’t feel like I’m in a Tin Can. I’ve only owned it 3 months and have driven 8,000 Miles, so far, it seems like the most responsible decision I could’ve made when buying a New Car.

I bought a '17 Toyota Tacoma from Brian Olson back in November. In the past I have always had awful experiences with car dealers and sales people. They had taken advantage of my fiance and I , talking about prices and payments before we even saw the car physically. Then we had gone to route 44 Toyota and dealt with Brian. First thing he did was show us our options before talking about money. He took us on a test drive and was just all around awesome and informative. I trusted what he was telling us. He was amazing and I will never buy another car from anyone else. We left the lot feeling good about our decision. Rather than line his pockets with commission he got us the best possible deal. He truly cares about the customer and what works for them and not himself. I would definitely recommend Brian Olson at route 44 Toyota to anyone that's looking to get into a new/used car. On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

Of all the Toyota dealerships I visited, Dave Souza at Imperial Toyota was able to find the exact car I was hoping for (he kept looking long after we spoke in-person) and reached out when he found it. He was helpful, not pushy at all. …and I really like my RAV-4 Prime… it is so smooth and zippy to drive… and the supersonic red is extra fun.
