I had contacted another Toyota dealership to purchase a Tacoma through the Costco Auto Purchase program. After about a week of waiting for the dealership to find a truck for me, I contacted Auburn Toyota and spoke with Mark Neumann. Mark was able to find me a truck within hours and had it deliver to his dealership the next day. That was awesome. The purchased went smooth and was a very good experience. I would highly recommend Auburn Toyota and Mark Neumann for any auto purchase you might have!
Mr. Jake Mccallum was my service adviser for an annual Magnashield. He was very professional, friendly, intelligent, great sense of humor and I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with him. By the way ,the Magnashield came out fantastic.
I recently had a check engine light come on in my Tundra. I drove it straight up to Auburn Toyota and Jake Mccallum reviewed the issue and made room for me to bring it in the very next morning to deal with it. We ended up bringing in our Sequoia that same day to get the regular maintenance done at the same time. Jake was very courteous, proficient and got me in and out quickly.
I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
I’ve been bringing my cars to Folsom Lake Toyota for nearly 13 years. The repair counselors always review the maintenance report with me and let me know if any maintenance will be required in the coming weeks/months, the facilities are always clean and comfortable, and the service is usually pretty quick. I’ve found that it is better to wait onsite for the car. Also, appointments fill up quickly (and can be made online) so expect to schedule at least a week or two out.
No room for improvement here, at least in my case. It was a warranty replacement battery on our 2012 Prius. Assistant Service Manager (Paul) was friendly and congenial and very comprehensive in explaining technical aspects of warranty coverage, followed by securing for me a rental car of my choice for 3 day’s at Toyota’s expense.
The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well.
During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening.
The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
