First time buying a car in over 20+ years. Have had company cars all that time & really had no idea what it was like to buy a car these days. Went to a few dealerships & test drove some cars after spending hours researching online. Last dealer was Basil Resale Delaware. Called & spike with Rob on the phone first, he assured me the car was still there & had it pulled up in front when we got there. After test driving we met with sales rep Kire to discuss details. My experience with both of them was awesome. No pressure, no manager coming out to pressure talk us, just nice honest conversation. We left & told them we'd be in touch. After deciding we'd buy, had numerous follow-up conversations before coming back to pick up the car & every conversation was pleasant, answering all our questions & attending to details I wanted taken care of. This a great car when it comes to performance and reliability. Its very spacious and beautiful from inside and outside. Runs very smooth and has everything you need when you are on the road.
Kristen Lawrence was there for me. Our 2017 Buick Encore was accident totaled because of other driver error. Encores six airbags activated and saved my life. The ride is great. Love the interior and exterior of the car. My only problem is the entertainment sucks. It is limited and very hard to understand the prompts for setup. It could use a major upgrade with the info-tainment or whatever it is called. But it is not impressive. Otherwise, the car is great. :)
I find the staff (including everyone) to be respective to their customers. This has not been my experience at other locations. Clean and comfortable waiting area as well.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The guys in service are kind and understanding that people can't always make appointments and they have great hours .
Went in for an oil change and NYSI. Since I purchased my car there, my 5000 mile service was free of charge. This included oil and filter changes, tire rotation, topping off all fluids and of course the usual safety checks. Made an appointment and waited for vehicle to be done. They got me in and out within less than an hour, and the waiting room was awesome. Would highly recommend them.

I’ve had my 2018 Camry for exactly 1 year and noticed a large white spot on the back of the passenger seat and later 2 more smaller spots on the bench seat. Called the dealership had it inspected and made a claim. The dealership never called me back after a month I finally called and was told my claim was denied. That the “photos” showed that it appeared I had put a chemical on the material. Which I have only ever used water and a wash cloth to clean my interior.
2016 4runner Limited .Changed my mind and received offer from Basil Toyota of Lockport, trading up to a 2016 4 Runner Limited, from my 2015 SR5 Premium. They let me take it for the night to work as mine was down for tire repair, and next day gave me a trade deal that I could not refuse. Thanks to everyone from Jamie, Chris, and Mike in sales, to Steve in service for letting me know of promotional deal in first place, and Jim in service for taking care of me with my 2015 to begin with. Also, a trustworthy finance guy in George. It never hurts to have quick, honest explanation of add-on service packages. James, a manager was overly gracious. Even met the owner, Mike, which I think is probably rare. Thanks again to all I was involved with. And there are many more. P.S. My ex used to tell me I`m a pain in the ankle when dealing with money. This is my fourth Toyota, my first Corolla has over 400k miles and my son still drives it, this 2018 Camry rides nice and has a lot of pep for a 4 cylinder. I don't think you can beat it for the price
I don't often write reviews, but the guys at Basil Toyota really deserve some kudos. The premium experience begins when you drive into their pristine vehicle reception area -- a climate-controllled garage so clean you could eat off the floors. Next, one of their 4 or 5 service hosts comes out to greet you, get a little information and then leads you inside to set up your service appointment. From there you can wait in their fireplace lounge complete with free hot and cold beverages, big comfortable chairs and cable TV. You can check on things back home or at the office using their free Wi-Fi or the computer room. When your vehicle has been assessed, a technician will come out to find you and explain what your options are and exactly what things will cost, how much time it will take, ask if you want to continue to wait or would like a ride somewhere (they'll pick you up too!) -- and will give you options to fit your budget, although they are VERY reasonable with prices to begin with. When your vehicle is done, it will be waiting for you back in the reception area (usually a lot cleaner than when you drove it in) and you're on your way knowing they did an excellent job at a fair price. If anything is not to your liking, just call or drive back during their exceptional no-appointment-needed, late night and weekend hours. This is like no other auto service place I've ever visited. You owe it to yourself and to your vehicle (all makes and models, not just Toyota) to go there. They really are amazing!

A shorter version of the Avalon I had before it but it is striking in its look and full of the newest driving aids. It has plenty of power for highway driving, the ECO mode gives adequate gas mileage, and it has responsive steering and enough trunk capacity for bulky loads like golf clubs. Meets my driving needs well.
Probably have owned a dozen or so Toyotas - this is the 3rd Camry - and this is a great car. Haven't had the car long enough to speak to reliability issues but in all my years I of owning Toyotas (40 +) I've never had a serious issue or complaint. They're just great cars and I'm sure this one I just purchased will be no different.
I have brought my Toyota 4 Runner in now twice for routine maintenance and have been very happy with the whole process. I recommend this dealers service department.

I took my car in to Basil to get it inspected. The people were friendly, the service was quick, & the waiting area was comfortable with a phone charging area & 2 computers. And my 6 yr old loved the complimentary fruit!
I had my two year old Rav4 in for a few problems. This is my second Rav4. Had a 2005 for 10 years. They kept me informed daily as to how the car was doing. They asked each day if I needed a loaner and until the 6th day I said yes. They found the major problem with the vehicle and fixed it. I picked it up the following week and can't complain about anything. Honestly, I was surprised I had any trouble at all with the vehicle as i had few issues with my 2005. Basil is a good dealership to work with.

The ride is great and it's quite. This car also has a big trunk and plenty of storage. The only thing we could use more of would be cup holders.

This is my 4th Camry....first 6 cylinder....my only complaints I have are the seats are sort of short (for legs) for a tall person. Not crazy about 45" tires that came with it....so my car has 50". Like most toyotas....smooth, quiet ride. Nice handling and acceleration (compared to 4 cylinder). I find the gas mileage to be very good. I also like that it runs on regular gas. I see no difference in using premium.
Absolutely the most stress free car purchase I have ever had. Jeff and Kayla were so helpful and honest and down to earth people ever. The process was so easy and smooth. Would never go anywhere else.
