They put to rest all the rumors of ???used car salesmen???. I spoke with Candace on the phone who was very knowledgeable about their product, and she actually persuaded me toward the Kia. I thought I only wanted a Honda or Toyota, and I wanted to buy something around $10k so we didn???t have to finance. She was so informative that we actually decided to go with a 2017, she was passionate about what she was selling. Candace wasn???t working when we went over to look at the van. Adam was our salesman, and there was absolutely zero pressure from him on what vehicle to purchase. He was patient and down to earth, and answered ALL of my questions. After looking over the van, There was a tail light lens cover that had moisture in it, so he gave us an IOU, and stayed true to his word and called me 2 days later to have it replaced. I will be in the market for another vehicle (maybe 2) in the near future for my children, I will definitely consider returning to Kia. Also, Kenny Cross did our financing portion and he was honest and upfront about everything, and explained everything in a way so simple that a child could understand, he actually drew most of it out. He was very professional and humble, and we were blessed by meeting him and hearing his personal experience as to how the GAP insurance was helpful. This entire process was a great one, even if we do have a payment now, we feel confident we did the right thing.
