Riding the bus home from the office every day, I pass by this dealership. I looked on their website & saw a vehicle I was interested in. I don’t have much free time, so I never went in. One day, I got off the bus and walked in. The staff is VERY warm and open. And they are extremely easy to talk to. Tyler is the proverbial oxymoron, an HONEST car salesman. I was shown FULL car fax history on my vehicle of choice, and was offered to drive the car before we even started paperwork. They let me look over every inch of the car without rushing me once. There truly was zero pressure. The finance gentleman is great to work with and completely honest. Orlando is just Orlando, if you go in, you will see what I’m talking about. The emphasis seems to be on honesty here, which is very impressive. The subtle details are what set them apart. THEY called my insurance broker and gave the particulars on the vehicle, then gave me the phone to finalize the addition of the vehicle to my policy. I truly only came in to look, and after a painless transaction, I DROVE away in a BMW 535i X-Drive. That coincidentally was the EXACT, RARE color combination I was looking for. I left out one of the most important parts, The PRICE was spectacular.
