I had a stellar experience with this dealer. Marshall was endlessly patient and knowledgeable in dealing with my questions, credit application and test drive appointment. He even met me on his day off to make the appointment because it was the only day I could come in from out of town. I hesitated to travel so far to buy a car but knew the dealership from its years of reputation in my old neighborhood and the quality of cars they sell, so I decided to trust the salesman and come over a hundred miles to see the car. The appointment was straightforward with no pressure or games whatsoever. The car I came to see was immediately available and was immaculate and solid as a rock. Tom Leis definitely knows how to get a car ready to sell. I am over the moon with my purchase and confident that if I had a problem these guys would stand behind their product. Give them a try, you won't be sorry!
I returned to have my 5000 mile service done. They were polite, considerate, professional and did not change the stations on my radio:). Russell Coulter worked hard to get the best out the staff and my car was ready for me in enough time to get back to work. My car feels smooth on the road.
This place does not value customers, only sees dollar signs. The lack of concern for the problem I was having was appalling. Alex “a manager” felt it was necessary to tell me several times that they sell 160 cars a month. When I told him I couldn’t drive my car because my temp tag was expired he told me to drive it anyway. He blamed the fact that I hadn’t received my paperwork to take to the license branch on “it must have gotten lost in the shuffle”. He was more concerned about getting the point across to me that no cop would write me a ticket for an expired temp tag. Maybe not but a car is not legal to be on the road if it’s not properly registered and insured. I understand that my purchase of a used vehicle is not keeping the doors open but he could have pretended like he cared. Don’t waste your money here!

This is my second purchase from this lot. They have a great selection that really will fit any need. I love buying from this lot because I know that I will get a good reliable car that will last me for awhile and the manager will do anything to make sure you get in a good car for the right price. Instead of going to several lots and trying to find a halfway decent deal I recommend anybody go to this lot to get the best deal first try.
This morning I received a very sincere touching voicemail from Logan, salesman at cottage auto sales (son of the owner). He was totally apologetic. Not going to blame him or me for the misunderstanding or miscommunication on this care deal. Logan said that he would give me my cash back and the trade in or my car, If that would make me happy. I was in total disbelief or shocked. Used car lots just don't do crazy things like that!!! Logan asked me what would make me happy or satisfied. I told him, and he is going to take care of the issues tomorrow, himself. Logan is only 22yrs. old. Unbelievably!!!!!
I have bought two quality vehicles from this lovely family business. They put their customers first by offering to have your own mechanic evaluate cars from their inventory. Although their haggle-free policy means they don't negotiate on price, I have always found their prices very reasonable for the quality. As long as I live in the Louisville area, I will always look here first for any auto needs I have. It truly is a pleasure doing business with them.

Saturday’s are the only time I have to get an oil change and I called places all over near Louisville and no one would take my vehicle. Champion Chevrolet were the only ones that took the time to take my truck in! The customer service was fantastic and the facility was neat clean and not to mention it was fun looking at their large selection of beautiful Silverado’s.
I met Jake 2 months ago and I couldn't get approved. He gave me some pointers to follow and told me he would follow up in a couple months. He did so brought me in and sold me a car that I love.
