To much throttle lag. 2014 Hyundai Sonata Turbo that my wife was driving will smoke this new xse 2019 Camry. Less than 600 miles on it and already considering trading it in. Not happy with Toyota right now.
I have had my Highlander serviced in SLC, UT, Lakewood, CO and Libertyville, IL. Toyota has something special - regardless of which dealer I have used, I have always come away very satisfied. The customer experience is critical to Toyota and they work hard to make sure they meet and often times exceed expectations. High praise to Steve, the service representative. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the required service and why. Overall - Toyota is the best!

This was a straight forward 45,000 mile service check-up on my 2007 Mercury Montego. I had made an appointment. I rolled in the door as soon as I arrived.
The Service sign-in person took my information immediately and directed me to the Waiting Lounge and coffee machine.
The job was completed promptly, including a car wash. I am completely satisfied with the job and all the details of the way it was handled. Highland Park Ford Lincoln has handled all my service jobs since I bought the car (from them) and will be handling all my service work until I trade it in (with them).

This is my fourth Toyota, my first Corolla has over 400k miles and my son still drives it, this 2018 Camry rides nice and has a lot of pep for a 4 cylinder. I don't think you can beat it for the price

The ride is great and it's quite. This car also has a big trunk and plenty of storage. The only thing we could use more of would be cup holders.
Hugh Stinnette was very helpful in my review process for a certified used Lexus. Honest in his description of the car in question. Offered to to pick me up at the airport if I came in town tp look at the car.

Where do I start. I???ve been doing business with Arlington Acura for almost 14 years. One thing that stands out is seeing some of the same faces that were there the first day I walked thru the door in 2005. I???ve purchased two vehicles, both of which have been maintained by the the service department. While purchasing a vehicle should be the highlight of the experience, I judge my experience over the years by the exceptional service staff. After about 2 months of shopping around and research to find the right 2008 Corvette for the best condition and price, I finally found "the one" listed on Nelson Automotive's website. I called and spoke with Matt V., and he gave me a detailed service and ownership history of the car. I felt confident that this was the right car and from the right dealer. Throughout the entire process Matt was honest and always gave me the time of day; I never felt rushed on the phone or in person. When I bought the car, I drove up from Indianapolis to pick up the car and it was apparent that the Corvette was a prized car on the lot, there were not as many other sports cars, but all cars looked to be nicely kept and cleaned. I didn't feel like it was a risk to buy a sports car from the Nelson Automotive lot, if anything I probably saved money due to not having to pay an additional markup from a performance-oriented lot. My actual time at Nelson Automotive was brief: Matt arrived early to the dealership to accommodate my schedule, even though he had plans for brunch with his in-laws later that morning. We took the car out for a test drive, talked a bit more about the history of the car, and the minor normal maintenance work they had done to make sure they sold me the car in excellent condition. I was thrilled when I got the keys. The paperwork took probably 10 minutes and I was on my way. The car rode like a dream. About 30 minutes from home, the clutch pressure went out and I had to have the car towed the rest of the way home. I took it to a shop and they determined the slave cylinder went out, and that it would be 2 hours of labor plus the cost of the part. I called Nelson Automotive, we were all shocked since this car drove fine. Matt took this information to his boss, and they worked with me on the issue: they refunded me with the cost of the part that I paid for, as well as the cost of the labor to have it replaced. Normally I would've expected that I would've needed to have the car brought back to Nelson Automotive's shop to have the work done in-house, but they took care of the issue in a way that was convenient for me. Overall, I was very pleased with the way they handled what was an unexpected post-purchase issue. I've now had the Corvette for exactly one year, and it's been a the best car I've ever owned. I've received so many comments on how great of a condition the car is in, and that it must have been well taken care of. I always tell them about my experience with Matt at Nelson Automotive, and I know where my first stop will be when we purchase another car. A shorter version of the Avalon I had before it but it is striking in its look and full of the newest driving aids. It has plenty of power for highway driving, the ECO mode gives adequate gas mileage, and it has responsive steering and enough trunk capacity for bulky loads like golf clubs. Meets my driving needs well.
Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.

I haven't had it long, but so far I love it!! It rides smooth, looks good, the seating is comfortable.
The only recommendation I would have would be a little more space in the front, it only has room for the driver to put a phone maybe add a cubby/tray like in the highlander so the passenger has somewhere to put a phone, or glasses.
Very professional and helpful sales associates. I would recommend . They did call me right away after my search online. They offer a very good deals.

I drove 5 hours from St. Louis to visit Schaumburg Toyota for a specific car they had in their inventory. First day I called and asked them to put the car on hold (for a 100% refundable fee) so that it would definitely be there when I drove all that way to see it! From that very first phone call everyone was so nice and helpful. Before I even got up there my salesman, Juan Vasquez, was very nice and easily accessible. When we got to the dealership the car I wanted to look at was all ready for us to go look at and it wasn't 5 minutes before I was out for a test drive, falling in love with the car. What could have been a very stressful process of buying the car was actually turned into an incredibly non-stressful trip! Juan was funny, kind, and so patient when answering all our questions, even the dumb ones! Every employee we met or interacted with was super nice as well, but Juan really made the experience and took time to show me everything on my car that I would've never figured out on my own! The 10 hour round trip from St. Louis to Schaumburg was 100% worth it thanks to the amazing price, the amazing car, and our amazing salesman Juan! 100% recommend going here!

I purchased this car for the safety features: automatic emergency braking, rear cross traffic warning, adaptive cruise control, brake assist, many airbags. So far I am impressed.
Probably have owned a dozen or so Toyotas - this is the 3rd Camry - and this is a great car. Haven't had the car long enough to speak to reliability issues but in all my years I of owning Toyotas (40 +) I've never had a serious issue or complaint. They're just great cars and I'm sure this one I just purchased will be no different.
For the past 15 years, your service staff has solved my problems and maintained my vehicle with courtesy and responsibility. Because they have never taken advantage of obvious opportunities to 'up-sell' me on a service visit (e.g. "Maybe I need brake work" "We checked; and no you don't") I tend to trust their recommendations when they DO make them. They are competent, reassuring, and realistic about estimating the time service will require. This last visit was one of those diagnostic mysteries - the dashboard brake warning was on, and yet it was pretty clear to me even when I brought it in that the lights were functioning. It took a while but they found the single bulb among multitudes that needed replacing. Job done; car washed; $33. Off and running.
MARQUES PINKSTON is a wonderful salesman. I don't usually like any car salesman, but he was very nice & put me completely at ease.
I wasn't able to purchase what I wanted at this time, but when I am in a position to make the purchase, I will be back to see Marques! Thanks!

(Incidentally, the brief written descriptions of the proposed repairs were extremely helpful.)
Boris Kotesky was my service associate, and he did such an oustanding job: reviewing and explaining recommended repairs, estimating time required, costs, etc.--always friendly, knowledgeable, business-like, and professional, and a fine gentleman too. It has taken a few visits to complete the services suggested, including sway bar bushings and links, front brakes, steering rack, and rear struts. So. I became well-acquainted with your waiting area (also took time to visit the new car showroom to see the new Camry and Avalon). I like how you have different types of seating for TV, private computer stations, coffee and snacks, and room to relax and roam. Payment was easy with your capable and friendly checkout lady. sorry I don't know her name.
