SUV drives great on the highway . The seat are very comfortable and the cabin is not that noisy . It seems to be very good on gas also . I would highly recommend it . Toyota reliability !!!

There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

I personally LOVE my 2022 Blue Metallic Crush Toyota Corolla Cross. I bought it brand new, site unseen in March 2022 I picked it up! No issues at all. I love the way it handles and she's snow loving for sure! Compared to my 2011 Kia Sorento, this car is amazing! I was backed into on black friday so my Corolla Cross is currently in the body shop (finally) and I miss it so much! I love the all weather floor mats and it's spacious enough for my tall son! I'm a bigger girl and have no issues! I have a commute to work and the drive is smooth. I don't notice abnormal road noise. I love the blue interior lightening at night. Lets face it...Cars are not made the way they used to but I'm very happy with my purchase!

My husband really likes this dealership. I bought my dream car from here a few months ago and it ended up in an accident and it was totaled. I was waiting for my insurance stuff to clear to start searching for another car. I wanted or decided I would get another Camry instead but as we were driving to the dealership we ended up at Audi South. I wasn't happy why here I don't want another Audi. He said we could just look around and decide. So we searched high and low and all the cars he wanted to test drive were being sold. Is this a sign I asked myself! So we went to test drive an Audi A4 he wanted it but I wasn't feeling it. We were just about to head back inside and BAM I saw theeee car. I got in the passenger seat and knew right then this was the ONE!! We drove it and got back and I said this is the ONE that I want. We went inside to start the paperwork and within the hour we were on our way home with my new ride! The process was a breeze. I think that night or the next day I had all my paperwork in an email followed up with an email asking about my experience. WE will definitely be back! Wow! I have the XLE with extras like the automatic tailgate left it really comes in handy. My Toyota Cross is fun to drive, handles well; and it is very quiet. I love the feel of the steering wheel as I go around the curve. There are lots of buttons and I haven’t had the time to figure out everything once I do it should be really easy as everything is within easy reach. There is a slight hesitation when you do a quick acceleration pulling into traffic I think that’s going to be a matter of getting used to. The sad mirrors are great. Easy to tell if something is beside of you and it sounds an alarm when there is a car next to you. If you have trouble getting in and out of cars, it is very easy to get in and out of and you sit up high so you can see traffic better. I do wish it had an engine cover and the hood fire blanket, I am planning to purchase that extra. I highly recommend the Toyota Corolla, Cross, or any other Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

I bought this car to utilize as my every-day driver. It looks like a 3/4 version of a RAV4 and I quite like the styling. I took it on a trip to New Mexico recently and it did well. I love the radar ranging cruise control found on most Toyotas. Good gas mileage. My biggest complaint is the engine. The car is underpowered and needs to be fitted with an engine that has more horsepower. If you want this car (as I did) for around town driving then it's the car for you. However, if you do a lot of traveling or are on the road a lot I would recommend the Rav4.

Noah Roman is a very detailed, perdon with excellent customer service. He always explain things clear and in a timely manner. He has a good attitude and makes sure the job is done accurately. Every time I go for my oil change I always as for him to take care of me. Noah is an asset to Kia. The rest of the staff seem to be very nice and the dealership is always clean and organize.

The car has been great. It is not “beefy” if you are looking for a rugged SUV, but it has the performance for gentle off road trails/country driveways. It is very comfortable, and gas mileage around 30mpg. The interior space is good, not a ton of leg room in the back seat, but for my wife and I, and the dog kennel in the back, it is ideal. From a cost perspective, we couldn’t be happier. It was well within budget and we feel the bang for our buck is tops and it’s a Toyota so I’ll be able to write another review at 300k miles.

Love driving this vehicule. Smooth ride, decent acceleration, easy on fuel and has many features for its category. I would recommend to seriously consider buying one. Love cargo space when I go to Cosco.

Seems like most of the team that shows the car and rides along for the test drive struggle with their English. I had to ask them to repeat their question or comment on a number of occasions to understand what they were trying to ask/say. When first inquiring about the car it was still in the build phase, and someone had already purchased it. I gave them my number and asked them to contact me if the deal fell through. I started receiving random calls from the dealer about service specials and trade in opportunities but nothing about the car. Next thing you know the car was sitting on the lot and available. No phone message about the car's availability was provided. It was persistence on my part that resulted in a purchase. Car purchasing is a painful process.

They finished within the hour after coming in as they opened. The technician sent me videos of what they serviced and the service advisor kept me up to date with the status of my car. I was also able to get my work day started in their movie theater which was pretty cool and cozy.
