Yesterday (10/21/16) was my first visit to your dealership at 3225 S. 108 St. and my first dealership to look for a used small SUV. I had seen a Jeep that you had online/Autotrader and I decided to check it out on my way home from medical appointment I just had. Upon my arrival, I was met outside by Mr. Kevin Nelson. Being that in the past I have been an Employment Manager many years followed by 20 years in Real Estate selling new homes, I am quick to decide if the sales person is good or not. Mostly if they LISTEN TO MY WANTS AND NEEDS. I knew in short order I had hit the jack pot with Mr. Nelson. He is the type of salesperson you want to work with, unlike the kind you would like to run from, the minute you meet him. I knew he was there to help me find the perfect car to fit my needs, which were: Due to my neck problems and my husbands leg problems, the ease of getting in & out on both sides, ease of using the hatch back door, 4 wheel drive, gas mpg and price of the vehicle. He really listened to my needs and when the car I came to see was not going to meet ALL of my needs he was quick to show me one that did. Right there after he had it pulled out for me, to take it on a test drive and even offered for me to take it and pick up my husband at home and drive around if I wanted. PERFECT! I have been driving a large SUV but no longer need that seeing I am no longer pulling a travel trailer or for that matter, taking long trips. I do all the driving. Kevin is professional and relates well to his customer. Knowledgeable and also fast to get answers when needed. You have a 10 STAR salesman that you can be very proud of! I will be sure to send him referrals. I have bought many cars over the years but I will say I have never bought one on my first stop/look see and needless to say Kevin helped make that happen. No need for hard core closing when properly meeting the needs of the customer the closing is there, and in my book Kevin is #1! Thank you for the pleasant experience and my "Lil Red" (her new name).

When we lost our 2006 Prius to a deer, our first call was to Jamie to help us find a replacement. We had an excellent experience with him in 2016 with our Highlander and knew we could trust him to understand our needs and limitations and find the best fit. Jamie found a used Prius that was just arriving at the dealer; we test drove it and bought it (while others were waiting to test drive it). It was a great buy and a seamless process for us with Jamie's leadership. Thanks!
I've bought 25+ vehicles over my lifetime and my recent experience with Jeff Williams at Toyota of Cool Springs was as pleasant as any and better than most. It took two trips over a 6 week period because my wife and I were having a hard time deciding on exterior/interior color combinations for a Highlander Ltd. Plat. (My complaint would be directed at Toyota Mtr. Corp for apparently not making Ltd. Plat. in Predawn Grey Mica with Almond interior which would have been our first choice.) When we decided to make a purchase I e-mailed Mr. Williams with whom I had worked on my first trip and he called me back. I told him what we were interested in and to see what he could find and he came back with a few which were on the dealer finder site. I was more interested in one I had seen on the on-line Toyota customer site and had located on a dealer's site, gave him the info and he was able to find the vehicle and that it was available. He didn't find it originally on the dealer's finder because of a communication mix-up on equipment I wanted. (I'm still waiting for my finder's fee - LOL) We went to the dealership, worked a deal which considering my research I felt was fair to both the dealership and me, Toy of CS worked out a swap and Mr. Williams went himself to swap the vehicles, returned and had the Highlander detailed, gave us the vehicle tutorial, and we were out the door with our new Highlander 9 hours after contacting Mr. Williams, and that included 3 hours drive time to go and get the vehicle. Mr. Williams made the process enjoyable because of his friendly, low-key approach. Perhaps it's because both of us are retired public servants (in very different fields) but I felt a connection, he clearly is a people person who genuinely wants to help you with the car-buying experience. I would recommend Jeff Williams to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota. I must add that my brief interaction with Denzel Petway was most enjoyable and that Fernando Nunez, my finance/closer person, was the least pressure encounter I have had during that process in a long, long time. We will see how the service dept. is in a few miles. Hopefully my impression there will be as positive as sales. From the buying experience it appears the Toy of CS is not the typical large dealership, and that's a good thing.

Hi.. Jeannette Price is absolutely an amazing Service Advisor. She was kind, courteous and so helpful. I was traveling through town when a loud sound came from my tire. Thanks to a quick assessment by Brad I was back on the road in no time in a clean car and the sound was a small rock: Kind people really do exisit! Thank you both! Jan Jarvis
Out of all the company's I'll looked with my low credit score. I had to pay 4 to 6,000,00 down on a 2014 Rav 4 Toyota. I figured I'll try leasing. They all sayed the.same are more. I went on line.Toyota Cedar park tx. I received a phone call from Mr. Luke: He ask me what kind of vehicle i want. I just knew it was not going to happen I told him 2015 Toyota to lease he said Come by. My God. He showed me a 2017 Toyota Rav 4 XLE . To make a long story short. Mr. Luke, Mr. John one loving family team even though my score is low. They made it happen With no down payment it only took 1 hour.. I recently brought my 2016 4Runner TRD Pro in for its 10K service. Full disclosure, I use my 4Runner for overlanding/expo events and can be quite picky letting anyone touch it. Having several terrible experiences with another local Toyota dealership, I wasn't looking forward to my visit. Much to my surprise, the folks in the service department were fantastic! The service tech, Sean, was also a huge 4Runner enthusiast and knew EXACTLY what I was looking to accomplish, he delivered spot on. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, take your car here people! Big shout out to both Sean and Jeanine Sallemi for the excellent service.
Staff was very friendly, very thorough. Ive gone to Toyota for years seems like the turnover in the maintenance service department is high this group of people I really liked and I hope they stay on board,
This car has better gas mileage than we expected and has 41.4 inch legroom in rear seat. I am a little over 6 feet tall and find front and rear seat room quite comfortable.
Check engine light was on, and my vehicle was acting a little weird (idle problem). Tried fixing a few things here and there, and the problem continued. I took the vehicle in on Dec 15, 2017, and go it back on Dec 19, 2017. It turned out to be a bad air intake gasket and a fuel pressure regulator. The manager Ken, keep in contact with me. He call when they needed my consent to do additional work, and let me know upfront what the charges were amounting up to. Overall i'm very happy with the work that they have done with my vehicle, it wasn't cheap but it was WORTH IT. And not for one second did I feel like I was getting the runaround from this place, they were very professional about how they conducted business.
I went through the Costco Auto Program so I didn't have to negotiate with a sales rep from the dealership. I research many dealerships on Yelp and dealerrater.com, however, I never bothered to search Tustin Mazda because of their location. After test driving the Subaru Forester and the Ford Escape, I felt the Mazda CX-5 was more suited for me. At the 1st Mazda dealership I went to... as we were working out the deal, (even had the documents drawn up) some things the sales rep was saying (and then back pedaling) may me bolt and search elsewhere. I decided to broaden my search on Costco Auto because I was looking for the CX-5 GT with Deep Crystal Blue Mica and Black Int. I received an email from Jim Feinstein from Tustin Mazda and assured me he can get the CX-5 GT exactly how I wanted it. Jim later emailed me the price of the car and the paper work for a pre-loan application. I told Jim I needed the car before the LA City Sales Tax goes up 1/2% on July 1st and he said no problem. Within 2 or 3 days the car arrived at Tustin Mazda and on June 29th I drove away in one of the most beautiful SUVs I've owned. This car is in line right behind my 1972 Chevelle and my Mazda RX8. Jim was a pleasure to work with and everything was up front and transparent. It was liking going to an Italian Restaurant and getting 5 star service!!! I would definitely recommend Jim Feinstein and his team to my friends. As for the CX-5 GT....It's awesome with the safety features, the Bose sound system and I just love pushing a button to start the car. Also, as for my car insurance, I'm paying $200 a year less than our other car which is a 2010 Toy Rav4....I was told by insurance agent because of all the safety features.... #BeSafePayLess!!
Just purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry, beautiful car, love it! Andrew A., our salesperson, was great! Every step of the way he helped us get into the car we wanted, at the $ price we wanted. The process was really easy (I recommend going to their website first to fill out the 1 minute credit application, saves lots of time at the dealership) we arrived.. credit check, done... took our time test driving, done... picked the car we wanted, done... paid off our trade-in, done...got the financing, done... drove out in our new car, done! We cannot thank Andrew and all the team there enough for getting us into our first, NEW car as family. If your in the market for a car, you gotta go see them!
I couldn’t be happier with my car buying experience with Elwira. Take it from me when I say that she really knows her stuff. She doesn’t pressure you, she works with you on your budget, and she really gives you what you want. The whole process was really smooth! I even shopped around a little bit and test drove a few cars before making my final decision, but Elwira just worked with me so well that it was a no brainer . I consider myself lucky to be talking and dealing with Josh Pourkhorsand ; because couple days earlier I called and salesman on the phone did not seem too helpful and acted as if my sales was not important. This was back in February (Presidents day weekend). I took a chance to request quote from their online service on the same truck and I was put in contact with Josh. I went to Stevens Creek Toyota to see and test drive used 2016 Toyota Tacoma. The truck had little scratch and the bed liner had scratches and you could tell it was used to haul rocks. Talking to Josh regarding used trucks and features he asked me if I have considered NEW truck. I told him that I have not and probably will not. Price is just too high. He took his time and gave me my options, comparing features and also showed me the difference of used and new Tacoma. I ended up going with the NEW Tacoma. I had to order and wait 3 months because the color I wanted was not available at the time. He kept in touch with me for any questions or concerns while my truck was getting build/manufactured. I even tried to see if other dealers can beat their price and none could. My truck got delivered yesterday (05/11/18) and I went in test drove it and having them add two more accessories. Just got a text earlier today; from their service manager that truck is ready for pickup. Will be picking the truck in next couple of days. Josh even offered to pick me up from the train station when I go to pick up my truck. Even after the sale we were still talking. Usually salesperson don???t want to waste their time once they have your sale. Please see and give Josh a chance if you are reading this and are in the market for purchasing car. He is honest, kind and loves helping people. I felt really comfortable dealing with him. Sunil Singh the finance/DMV processing person was super knowledgeable, nice and kind person. He has been working at Stevens Creek Toyota for over 17 years and understands the financing, protection and to my surprise about my truck as if was the salesman. He broke down the numbers and explained me thoroughly regarding maintenance and protection. He will lay it out for you and leave it up to you to make decisions. Not pushy at all. Answered all my questions as well. He even went outside me after the paperwork was done because I brought up a question regarding wheels. I was in car financing business and Sunil totally went above my expectation. Made my day. Josh Pourkhorsand (Fleet and internet sales manager) and Sunil Singh (Finance/DMV) are the best combo to have when purchasing vehicle.
My service advisor had warned me that my tires were worn out about 6 weeks ago. Then my tire pressure alert came on two days ago. Yesterday, I called Toyota 101 at 8 AM. They had me in at 10:45 AM and out on the road with four new affordable Goodyears within 90 minutes. Fast turnaround, plus a deal: October special got me 4 tires for the price of 3 + $1. Everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person was awesome. Definitely coming back here for my service and tire needs in the future!
