Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited in Windchill Pearl Nightshade Edition is a super car. Layout, engineering, finish out all top notch. I’m glad I got one of the first 2025s in the Nightshade. Can’t recommend letting Toyota Mfg do the blackout over add on at distributor level. There is no comparison.

I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. I can?t say enough great things about the service team at Sterling McCall Toyota. I?ve brought my 2015 4Runner TRD Pro ? affectionately known as Luna Noir ? here multiple times, and every visit has been nothing short of exceptional. We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

Overall my experience was good I had Toyotas for a while and I am satisfy so far The location is convenient but right now with the construction the place is a mess

It's a very friendly place they do not waste your time. I was in and out in 1 hour with a new truck. What took the longest was to wash it and get it cleaned up. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Long wait but VERY helpful. Ernest Umana was so patient and very helpful with my questions. He made sure I could call or Cooke back with any questions. The facilities were going through renovations.
