We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

My 2022 Highlander is a great car. It is very roomy and comfortable with a lot of safety features. The back seat is very comfortable

I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur.

Very smooth and easy car purchasing experience. Car was ready for a test drive at the appointment time, and completing the purchase was straightforward. Bought the car for the price listed on the site. Dealership offered a few additional upsells, but were not overly persistent about it. I live out of state and couldn't pick up the car until a few days later. Luis (my salesman) even picked me up from the train station to bring me to the dealership.

Went in wanting to do some research on an Electric Vehicle ending up making a decision to lease immediately after my first interaction with the team. Chris is highly knowledgeable in EVs and put my mind as ease about owning one. Brian in the finance dept made the process painless. I love their no pressure approach and knowledge base about the inventory. The hour ride was worth it for the professionalism. Definitely will be back when my lease is up.

Good, honest advice. Needed an inspection and repair. The whole idea of needed yearly inspections on new cars is a scam. Most states deserve better.

Yvonne I have worked with for 8+ years and is always beyond excellent. Nodege I met only just this morning and she was beyond excellent. Both are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and so very helpful. It was ok just wishing the courtesy vehicle was more accessible to close areas in vicinity of dealership so help customers more often, if you work or live close by.

I stopped in to see Devon and had an appointment actually set up for Dec 28 but actually got in to see him earlier last Saturday on Dec 21. I wanted to check out the 2020 Alfa Romeo TI they had on the lot because two weeks prior I got into an accident with my Alfa Romeo and hit a deer on the highway. So my car was totaled and dealing with the loss of my car and trying to get back into another Alfa Romeo. Devon was absolutely amazing, kind, compassion and was all about getting me into that Alfa Romeo that had on the lot. We got the deal done and everything was incredibly smooth and wonderful dealing with Devon. He took care of me and was one of the most professional people I've ever dealt with buying a car and incredibly understanding on what I was dealing with.
