I bought a car yesterday from Topline Automotive and I am very happy with it! My experience with Topline and their staff has been top notch from the beginning. I had been looking to buy a used BMW for 5 years now, and due to unforeseen circumstances I was looking to buy one within the month. I did my research and did my numbers, and found 3 really good deals. I checked out the other cars and dealers in Orange County and had my friend also run numbers on her end. I expressed interest in the car I found at Topline and called to see when I could check it out. The manager/director, Ethan Lam, helped me from start to finish. He was great! Not pushy or aggressive, very communicative, and super helpful. I filled out the online application they have on their website for financing and he found me such an awesome deal/rate, it was unbelievable. He went above and beyond and I am very happy with his efforts! The quality of the cars that Topline has is impressive. The car I ended up buying looked really clean and well-maintained. There are extensive photos for every one of their vehicles available online, so there were no surprises. They have an extremely nice selection of used luxury cars that have been well-maintained and look brand new. The car I chose runs beautifully and was such a good deal, it still feels unreal! Unlike prior versions of the Prius, my 2024 Prius is a REAL car. It has plenty of power (196 hp), handles very well, and looks sharp (eliciting many positive comments). I am getting gas mileage between 45 and 55 MPG, with one reading in excess of 60 MPG on the highway at 60 MPH and cruise control on. Downside is that the rear seat may be too small for large adults and the trunk is on the smaller side, but the rear seats fold, so not a problem for most shopping forays. BTW, I am 6'4" tall and have over an inch and one-half headroom. I consider this a great automobile if you don't need an SUV. Good work Toyota!

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

This is the first car I ever bought that seems to be perfect. The price is proba ly the best value out there for a new car as well. It's fast, comfortable, gets amazing gas mileage and it looks like a sports car.

Amazing milage and appearance. I love the look, very futuristic. I drove for 3 hours at 75 or better on the interstate and still averaged 46 mpg. Around the town its normally in the upper 50s and more often than not in the low 60s mpg. Im very happy and expect to keep this car for many years. The areas that can use improvement is the highway noise and the very poor sounding stereo that I'm soon replacing. I was surprised that the car didn't have factory window tinting as well. I have had this car just under a month and I never seem them on the road. I love the safety features and I was surprised to learn the car drives itself. The large screen is great for displaying my cell phone information. It even gives a summary of the trip you just completed.

Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

My wife and I had many difficulties buying from other dealerships that we tried to avoid dealing with people altogether. Our last year was a nightmare with our vehicle. So we headed to Toyota of Glendora and we had the pleasure of meeting Tony. He was exactly what we needed in that moment. He was beyond helpful, while at the same time not overwhelming. I feel like he wanted us to find the right car for us as much as we did!! That kind of service is difficult to find. Forever grateful for Tony and management as they made the car buying process something that wasn’t a nightmare, but instead extremely fun and we learned a lot about each car in the lot. 10/10 recommend if you want great service and honest men and women at the front door. Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I Will no longer go to small used car dealerships that have only been bad experiences for me, and they overcharge. Longo Toyota is not like that AT ALL, they have a large selection of used vehicles set at pretty good prices and are at good standard. happy to join the rest of my family members and purchasing a Toyota! it’s the way to go trussssttt😝🖤

I had the best car sales experience of my life here, it was easy, no pressure and positive. I found the car online, it was a cherry 2016 Mustang Eco-sport Premium, called to confirm it was still available and made an appointment to come see it in person. Craig Wick was an awesome salesman, very personable, super chill and knowledgeable; his office was full of music memorabilia and his desk itself looks like a piece of art. He took time to go over what I wanted, he even took the time to show me a music video and talk show clip based on our conversation. Craig let me drive the car on city streets and the highway, taking as long as I needed to feel comfortable. They gave me a fair, no-hassle price for a certified used car (that included the free CARFAX info) and didn’t try to talk me into buying lots of extras; they presented available options and answered all my questions. Craig used to restore Mustangs and let me know that the car color used to be known as Strawberry, now it’s called Ruby Red, but I love the Strawberry better and it was fun to learn about the historic information. Craig’s sales manager David Gallardo took the extra time to find me a better interest rate based on my credit because he felt there had to be a better rate for my excellent history. Then David spent nearly a full hour showing me how my car’s system worked, finished getting me set up (Craig helped get it started) and made sure everything was working correctly. They put a big bow on the car and take your picture with your new purchase, a nice touch! I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them without any reservations.

Ethan and Eddie were both incredibly polite people with a low-pressure approach to selling cars. The quality of their inventory was very high and they are gracious and responsive negotiators. Would definitely buy a car there again, my daughter loves her 428i.
