Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

A lot of the other reviews go over build quality, features, comfort, etc.. Briefly I will say after being in this car for almost 9 years: the car (especially the XLE/sport model) is on the stiffer side and can be harsh. The upside is that it feels incredibly planted and there is minimal body roll. It is easy fun to take on windy roads with the "Sport" setting, which further tightens the ride. Road noise is not the best. Wind and tire noise is om the louder side. Materials are nothing super premium in the XLE, but the interior is built like a tank and has held up well. No electrical issues. The engine and transmission are fantastic. The small 4 cylinder makes the car sporty with 187 HP and it is also silent. It has a pleasant sound when accelarating and you hardly hear it. The transmission is a 6 speed, but is overall good. Smooth shifting in both sport and city driving. Reliability-wise this car has been absolutely fantastic. The car has been lazily maintained and is currently at 220,000 miles. It still drives and shifts very smoothly. This car is a sportier crossover. It is a good choice for somebody who wants more sport compared to say a CRV. It is and has been proven to be reliable though.

This car drives smooth. I only buy toyotas.this car is very roomy and I love the features in the car, for example blind spot light warnings, blue tooth in car etc...

I was willing to pay Carmax’ $199 to ship a Subaru Ascent to Memphis. When I tried to send in that payment it got rejected. No amount of effort on my part was able to get it to go. So I gave up.

I had a flat, it caused rim scrapping on both tires on drivers side, I called Brennen and brought the car in and this morning Patty called and it was a nail and they could repair tire and have rims fixed. Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. I bought a 2004 Cadillac Escalade EXT from Julian with 200k miles. I paid a very reasonable price for the condition it was in. On the test drive I noticed much electrical work had needed to be done to get this vehicle in tip-top shape and I expected that scenario with a used vehicle. I have adequate knowledge in cars and can read a repair/wiring manual. I replaced the dash gauge cluster, all the window switches, heated seat switches and upgraded the headlights and fog lights to LED not to mention 4 parking sensors. The engine is pristine, yes, I said pristine! Runs and shifts smoothly and flawlessly. After a little outside professional body scratch and ding repair I know have a new looking, outstanding running vehicle with customized led lighting to include blue dash back lights. I paid $4200.00 for the vehicle and invested another $2500.00 (including paint). Total investment of $6700.00. I can't find another one even near $6700.00. All that's left out there are also high miles for $10,000.00 and above in worst looking shape and that's not counting mechanical issues you can't see in a photo. If you buy a used vehicle, you had better know something about doing some repairs yourself... or you can expect to shell out some major coin!

They gave me a great price on my car. Nice honest people, very satisfactory experience overall. I like their ancient wood sculptures around the facility.
