After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

Had a great service experience. They had all the automation tools to make a decisions on what to service and were available on the phone to talk through things. Also, they finished work on my truck when they said. Good work.

no matter how basic a car the ability to open your garage door should be standard. rav4 LE strips too many basic needs. toyota stop being cheap get in the game

BMW - Mini of Dallas is a great dealership. The sales associate, Aldo Ordaz, was excellent to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient and very kind. The management team is also superb. I'll definitely buy another car from this dealership.

Definition of practical while being affordable. All the bad reviews are because the geniuses who purchases them did no research. Auto Off engine kills your battery life, leaving it off is perfect. Packed with safety features, you want your kids in this car 100%. 28 mpg in the city and 35+ in 55 MPH zones. I get 38 mpg highway normally. Sure you can pay $35k+ for a hybrid, but this is well engineered already.

The Service advisor was great. The remolded customer waiting room , parts counter and cashiers area were very impressive.. The check-in process was fast and my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner.

We just bought a 2020 Rav4 LE as a Toyota Certified car with 21,500 miles. We downsized (literally) from a 20 year old Sequoia, so we're getting accustomed to the smaller size. My only complaint is that the cup holders seem to be a bit awkward. I love the design and the all of the safety features and the handling while driving.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Finding a suitable car for my son as he heads off to college was fairly simple @ Gulliver. They have good inventory at various purchase levels. Mark Johnson is a super guy to work with. He made the whole purchase process great...from my initial phone call inquiring about a particular vehicle to the test drive to the purchase. He was very empathetic towards my son's needs of commuting in the car from home in Grapevine to school in Houston and made sure the vehicle was in tip top condition both service and repair wise. I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price. I came in after a dissappointing visit to Family Volkswagen of Burleson. Tim messaged me and showed me videos of the cars I was interested in and was super nice in getting me some rough numbers over the phone to make my visit more smooth since I live far. I was able to make it in and J Kvale was my salesperson and let me tell you, he was very helpful. He found me a deal I felt good about on a car that meet my needs and budget. The environment at the dealership was relaxed, I did not feel pressured at all which is rare at a dealership, especially after visitinga few and leaving dissappointed. The finance lady, I believe her name is Zarina, was also was very nice and made my process quick and painless. Everyone is so friendly, even the other sales reps were offering to help like John.
