Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. Had to get my new vehicle undercoated. Getting the appointment was the hardest part they apparently farm out their phone service so getting to speak with an actual service person was ridiculous took several hours and multiple messages getting disconnected repeatedly. One woman even tried to get me a quote on the work without asking what vehicle I had and it wasn't the correct price either. Now the good. Once I had an appointment Kyle became my service Rep and was great to deal with. He gave me his direct line to avoid the phone system in the future which I'll definitely do. Price was fair and work was quick and well done.
