I noticed some leakage at the transmission pan and they were able to take a look on that day and provide the service on the following day. I found the service personnel very friendly and the facility waiting area had a welcoming atmosphere (fireplace, TV, kitchenette and comfortable chairs) while I waited for the vehicle repairs.
