I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Heidi went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved! I purchased a pre owned vehicle and the battery needed replacing within 90 days and she made sure it was resolved and I was happy. Totally had a great buying experience too working with John Sinovic.

Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! We have FINALLY found OUR dealership! The entire process was a welcomed change, Thank You! We never felt pressured, stressed or had others expectations weighing in on our decision. Chevis was our salesman, he worked for us to get what we wanted at the price we needed, without his effort our new AT4 wouldn't have been a reality. Alicia in the business office was as down to earth and chill as you could ask for. She didn't pressure us at all, let alone hound and demand like my other experiences with final documentation process of vehicle buying. The GM, made time to get to know us and made sure our deal was enjoyable. All in all, in the future, we will drive hours to this dealership for the service, product knowledge, and professionalism.

I bought a 2018 Toyota Camry for my father recently. We were treated very well and the service delivered by our salesman (Todd) and his manager (Jason) was the best I have ever experienced. I have three grown children and have probably purchased a dozen vehicles over the years and this was the best car buying experience that I've had. Todd went to great lengths to make sure we were happy during each step of the process.

Our experience buying a newer used car at Crown Toyota was a very good one. My wife and I were prepared car buyers and knew what we were looking for when we saw it newly listed on Crown's website. We had not previously done any business with Crown, but our salesman Randy, did an excellent job answering our questions and showing us all the car fax details of previous ownership, as well as being flexible with his schedule for us to come test drive it. What we appreciated the most from Crown Toyota was the lack of hidden fees or addendum prices added on to the final price, which was also the same price that was listed on their website from earlier that day. This was big because many other dealerships we had looked at have discounts only based on trade in and financing directly with them. We believe we have bought a good quality vehicle at a more than fair price and would recommend others to look into Crown Toyota when considering buying a vehicle.

Myk Barta greeted us when we arrived at the Crown Toyota dealership and worked with us as we considered several different models and options. As prior Crown customers we were used to their low pressure approach, and Myk did not disappoint. When we didn't find what we were looking for he suggested waiting to see a car currently in transit. After we selected a vehicle he helped us move comfortably through the test drive, trade-in, purchase and delivery processes. During the signing and title transfer Chase moved us quickly through the paperwork without pushing service or warranty options we had already told Myk we did not want. We have purchased several different makes over the last 50 years but since 2007 this is our third consecutive Toyota. Their quality cars are one big reason, but the Crown dealership, its service department, and people like Myk and Chase are another.

I went down to victory to look for a new family car. Upon arrival I was met by this well groomed and well mannered gentleman. His name was Anthony Lozano. From there he really personalized my experience from asking about what car I wanted and what I needed it for/hobbies! The whole nine yards! He really helped refine my choices for a new vehicle. Well organized operation - quality cars - excellent sales person - hassle free process - Don't offer great deals however. If you go to a another dealer, you can do better but you will have to work hard to get the better deal and probably put up with irritating car dealer tricks.

Crown Toyota guided me through replacing my Mazda, which has been destroyed by mice, with a preowned RAV4. Tate, the sales person, and the men in maintenance helped me choose a car which had just come in and was still being processed. The car was ready to pick up the next day. I am waiting for the insurance check, and was given some extra time to get my payment ready. All in all everyone was kind. Extra comment--I have trouble walking, Tate brought the cars I looked at right to the entrance so I could easily get in without walking across the lot.

I hate having to give my name, email address and/or phone number to do business with a company. Once I got past the front desk and a salesperson took me aside, things went well. We were able to talk about the vehicle, view it, & test drive it. I had another vehicle to look at before I made a decision. Once I decided that the one at Hendrick was the preferred vehicle to purchase, I went back and made an offer. The offer was accepted.

I was there for regular maintenance. It was completed while I waited and I was soon on my way. The wait time was reasonable and the waiting room was very comfortable.
