I read a lot of negative comments about this site however, my experience was great. I actually walked out of the dealership with a check. The integrity of the salesman shocked me. I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

I just purchased a car from this place and i'm not going to lie i was scared at first, i always got my cars from big known dealership here in Vegas so i didn't know what to expect from this place. After searching online i notice that they had the car i wanted so i gave them a call and schedule an appointment with Laura, as soon i got there she was great, very friendly and real (not like the typical fake care salesperson) so i told her that my bank offered me a low interest rate and if she gave lower than that i will take the car, so after getting all my info entered and all that fun stuff 30 min later i was approved and ready to test drive the car i wanted... i'm so happy i decided to go to this place it only took me 2hr to get the car like NEVER before i usually had to spend my whole day fighting with those big name dealerships for the right price and interest rates, i definitely love the hassle free price, not having to negotiate the price because its already low is the best. We tried to buy a Rav4 on Labor Day at another dealership and had a really bad experience then I went online looking for the car that I wanted and Dave Wilson had it and I decided to buy it on the Internet - what a great decision -no headaches no loss of time! Oswaldo and the whole staff made it so easy we texted and emailed during the day ( I was working that day so we’re talking during breaks before and after work )and by 6 o’clock we were at the dealership buying our new RAV4! Two days of conversation with conspicuously clever car salesmen and saleswomen at various lots led me finally to Hertz, which I had thought only dealt in car rentals. It was after the second day?s morning and afternoon of futile searching I found an unlikely posting about the particular car I was interested in. Hertz was the dealership selling the vehicle. I made a phone call to its Sahara location and had a wonderful conversation with a Laura Real, a woman whom I took an immediate liking to. She did not seem immediately obsessive with an invitation to her lot. In fact, her initial inquiries were the types that a concerned family member may give his or her kin about a major purchase. Naturally, the observation put me at ease. This impression led me to finally go to the location hours later and see the vehicles she had available. Laura made a pleasant introduction of herself and made it clear that my satisfaction was her priority. She was transparent in her description of the car and its history, and never made an intentional push to run credit or jump into a plan I wasn?t comfortable with. After a day of consideration I returned to the lot, and took another test drive of my vehicle of interest. She was able to find a better vehicle for me, and when I asked to drive the car a second time she was pleasant and unaffected; time is certainly money for the men and women who sell, but my satisfaction remained her priority. To me, this speaks a lot to the integrity of Laura, and the company she works for. We went ahead with the process of contracts and signings, something I had dreaded before. Fortunately it was remarkably smooth and didn?t take more than an hour. She provided me with a thorough description of the financial route I would need to take to have the car, and Hertz?s financial department gave an equally amicable showing. By midday, I was the owner of a new vehicle and felt well treated and confident, and surprised by the whole experience. Laura Real is a sharp and concerned saleswoman, whose integrity was clear from the first conversation. She has certainly changed my opinion about vehicle purchasing, and it is for this reason I highly recommend giving Laura a try in your next car purchase!
