Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

I recently bought a used Tacoma from Mountain States Toyota and had a great experience. Quin was easy to work with, really honest, and made the whole process simple. This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Great experience at MST with Carl Porretti and Johnny O’Neil. I was in the market for a very specific used truck with a pretty uncommon color. Service writer was very informative and pleasant. He spent quite a bit of time explaining the results of my service and inspection with details of the effects and expectations in the systems.

Just an overall great car-buying experience. The staff was friendly, rational, not pushy, and very pleasant to interact with... Plus, Stapp didn't mark up the cost of the car like other dealers in the area did. I would certainly work with Stapp again.
