2025 Toyota RAV4 XLE review
Excellent car, excellent service.
Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Keith in the service department. Keith was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions regarding the service on my 2013 Lexus Rx 350 the first time we spoke. When I brought my vehicle in for repair Keith continued to be awesome to work with. He kept me informed of what work needed to be completed, he gave me an accurate prediction of the cost and the time I would be waiting for repair, and he made sure I knew how to reach him if I had questions on the progress of my vehicle. This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Everyone was very polite and courteous, despite things being a bit backed up when I arrived. I waited in the lobby, and once my car was taken in, the estimated time was spot on! When I got to my car, I was a little annoyed that my seat and mirrors were moved, as I'm very tall, and could not get into the drivers seat until I moved it back. There was also a change in the digital dashboard that I had to open my manual to figure out how to reset and see my speed! But these where minor things... I shall be curious to see how the service differs next year when I'm no longer under warranty.
