Brought my 4runner in for a sticker and oil change. Fred M. (service) met me and handled everything very quickly. He went over the car point-by-point check up and made sure I was satisfied with everything.
Nice facilities don't matter to an unsatisfied customer. On my 30,000 mile checkup, I found that my window washer fluid had not been topped off. More importantly, I asked that a protective cover that fell off a tail light access area in the trunk be re-attached. It shouldn't have fallen off in the first place. But the tech/mechanic didn't fix it. I went back in and asked that it be done. As it turned out, they were not able to fix it securely. Not sure why... was I sold a car with faulty equipment? Incompetent mechanic? Whatever the reason, my confidence took a dive. Next question is irrelevant for me as I don't make recommendations about car dealerships to anyone.
This is my second vehicle from Lee Toyota in Topsham. Jennifer has been my sales agent both times we've made a purchase. We have been very pleased with her knowledge of the vehicles and promotions going on. We will definitely purchase a vehicle here again! Jen and everyone at Lee Toyota go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied customers!
