I bought my first “new” (wasn’t new just way newer than I’ve ever bought before) from them. I had a really nice experience thus far. People were kind, facility was great, car was detailed impeccably. The salesman (Mark) was super nice and welcoming, even to my crazy toddler. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was schmoozed into the sale. He even recommended some different options to me when I didn’t think I could get financing on the one I wanted. In the end they came down on the price enough I could get financed on it through my bank and the process really was “easy!” Thanks for making my first dealership experience a good one!

From the moment we started negotiations I felt nothing but sincerety. I didn't feel like I was being sold or that I was talking to a salesman but an advisor who really had my best interest in mind. There were a lot of up and downs in my decision because of my financial situation but he kindly showed me all the different options available and paciently guided me to make the right decision.
I’ve been taking my 2003 Toyota to Berlin City for almost 10 years and have always received great service. Last week I went back to them and bought a nice new vehicle. I started my search through TrueCar, financed through my credit union, and did my test drive and final purchase with Berlin City. I worked primarily with Stephen Lawrence and found him to be straight-forward, communicative, friendly, and very informative. They actually did not have the trim and color I was looking for in stock, but were able to secure the vehicle from another location in a matter of days. I would highly recommend Berlin City to others looking for great customer service on the purchase of a new vehicle.
After going to several dealerships I stopped in at Rowe Hyundai and was greeted by Jason Burns. He printed me out some info on the car I wanted, never putting pressure on me to buy right then. He said when I was ready to buy stop back in and he would help me find what I wanted. So forward 3 months later. I went back to see Jason. He got us into my dream car within hours. He was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, kind, took his time to go over everything with much patience. We have purchased many new cars over the years and I would say that this was the best experience buying a new car. He worked with us to get a great price.
Dominick was excellent to work with and his knowledge and patience with us helped considerably. We purchased a '17 Highlander and its been really good for us. I would definitely recommend Berlin City Toyota for anyone's car and service needs!
Brought my 4runner in for a sticker and oil change. Fred M. (service) met me and handled everything very quickly. He went over the car point-by-point check up and made sure I was satisfied with everything.
Nice facilities don't matter to an unsatisfied customer. On my 30,000 mile checkup, I found that my window washer fluid had not been topped off. More importantly, I asked that a protective cover that fell off a tail light access area in the trunk be re-attached. It shouldn't have fallen off in the first place. But the tech/mechanic didn't fix it. I went back in and asked that it be done. As it turned out, they were not able to fix it securely. Not sure why... was I sold a car with faulty equipment? Incompetent mechanic? Whatever the reason, my confidence took a dive. Next question is irrelevant for me as I don't make recommendations about car dealerships to anyone.
